After trying a locksmith, police, FD, tow company, other people, they got my keys out of my Fort Knox trunk. One employee was having issues and got his manager involved. He saved me from being completely stranded without a phone and keys nearly 2 hours from home with little around. They were pleasant to me-no cursing or rudeness. They had quite the determination that was needed. They went out of their way to help in an impossible situation. I am so grateful. I'm not sure why this experience doesn't match their other reviews and frankly I'm glad. read more

I was broke down on the side of the road and called for assistance. I told the woman who answered that I was in Bay Minette and I did understand that they were in Loxely to which she quips "Uh yeah". She then asked where I needed to go. I explained not far from my current position to Pine Grove. She proceeded to tell me that she was not sending a driver to Bay Minette just to take me to a place in Bay Minette and to find someone else. I said that this sure was great advertisement for them. She assured me that they did not care. If you are in true need of assistance, call ANYONE else. They are rude and obviously do not care about helping anyone. Horrible company and abysmal customer service. Had to wait over 3 hours for a wrecker and when they finally arrived Trevor dropped the disabled car right behind my other car in a 2 car drive way and refused to move it. I'm guessing he wasn't skilled enough to do so. He told the dispatcher i was being rude to him and that's why he left but in reality, although I was upset, the car had already been unhooked so that's clearly a lie. Unfortunately these clowns are a preferred vendor with AAA so that needs to be changed. I filled a complaint of course. Truth is, they were all in OB hauling overturned vehicles so I'm guessing FEMA pays more than AAA so they think it's ok to leave people stranded. I requested a manager from Auto Medic call me but surprise, surprise that didn't happen. I can't imagine why. This company is the most unprofessional, incompetent and poorly ran organization I've seen in a very long time. Avoid them like the plague. I'll pay for a more reputable and reliable service if I have to. It's not even worth free. read more

We called them at 9 AM to get the car towed from their lot to our house and they said they be right there And collect $600 when I got here About 2 o'clock in the afternoon they called and said that the owner would like to try to help us out Because in their opinion the car can't be fixed so they suggested that they keep the car and we give them $100 That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard anybody who would think that a Cadillac Escalade is worth $500 is a scam artist They also added an extra day to the storage fees and showed up at our house at 5 o'clock in the afternoon with the car I don't have a good opinion of this company's owner read more

Auto medic was dispatched by AAA to change a flat in my carport. Technician arrived in a timely manned. He put down the spare. When I to have the flat repaired the tire prifessionals told me the auto medic technician had over torqued three lug nuts and they had to be cut off. The first time I called auto medic I was told by receptionist someone would call. Second time I called same receptionist told me someone named Betty would call me. I am still waiting for the call. I have filed complaint with AAA in an attempt to be reimbursed for cost of repairs for damages created by auto medic. I would not recommend auto medic unless they were the only ones available. Their customer service is weak. They appear to not stand behind there work. Use someone else if at all possible. read more

On the way home from the beach, our low tire light came on. We pulled into Buccee's, discovered we had a nail in our tire. We proceeded to unload the trunk and pull out the spare and jack, etc. Right about then, an angel from Auto Medic named Tony pulled up, offered to help, had the spare on in minutes and had us on our way to Sweat Tire basically around the corner to get tire patched for our trip home. I'm stuck on the side of the road, I call the operator mid morning get put on hold for 15 minutes, then they tell me it will be 1-2 hours before they can come get me, 3-4 hours go by, I call back then they tell me they can't even get to me today that it will be tomorrow. now I have to contact another towing company and get on their waiting list because auto medic wasted my time all day because they were too unorganized to know whether or not they could even tow my truck today. read more

Great experience!! On the interstate with a flat tire (no way I could drive to the next exit) no idea of my location, the gentleman that was dispatched called to make sure I was in a safe location, and was very patient with me in trying to find my location, didn't make me feel like an idiot. Once he arrived he was very efficient and quick,had that tire changed in minutes. Made a bad situation not worse by getting to me quick and getting the job done quickly well. read more
