But my car had been there 4 days for nothing. So I offered to Uber it to O'Reilly to buy a new one and deliver it to these idiots. Four hours later on New Years Eve at the drive thru at CVS, my car died & we couldn't get it jumped. So I called this company to please tow my car. These ASSHOLES refused to tow me unless I paid them again for the tow. FOUR HOURS. I PICKED IT UP FROM THEM FOUR HOURS EARLIER. I used B&B Auto repair on Navy and they came to my rescue. One star is too much for these ASSHOLES.

Charging exorbitant storage fees while a family is at the hospital is ethically questionable. For a 'family-owned' business, there is a disappointing lack of empathy for families in crisis. Having to argue to be able to pick up the vehicle to end the continuous daily fees is deplorable. The owner is IN THE ICU and we had a letter from the hospital.
