Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. Darn it, I was even prepared to go to west end just to get a real pro. It was a blessing I found these guys. Nards and Chris are both technicians from the Philippines (which speaks volumes about their technical skills, polite demeanor and friendly attitude) with years of experience and they, among other in-house techies, run the shop. Very professional and knowledgeable without a fuzz. Prices are extremely reasonable if not downright cheap (which means you were only getting robbed from other shops knowing the real price for the job is). Booking an appointment is sometimes challenging but they'll try to accommodate you if they can. Parking is a bit of a challenge but not impossible as McDonalds is close nearby.

I spoke with Fred who was helpful and said they were in stock. I asked for installation and he fit me in the same week. As promised the installation was about three hours. The installation went in and looks amazing. One of the techs sat with me and helped me link my phone to the system and explained how it worked. I had a four hour journey afterwards and got to experience it working on different levels as advertised. The unit works amazingly well and the unit looks like it was factory originally installed. I explain the busy life style of the customers and ask her to update this in the system as soon as possible to prevent wasting other customers time. She said she will do it. As of Jan 28,2028 their system still shows that this store has 7 pieces in store(which will waste more customers time). I end up with contact their national service centre to resolve this issue.
