Our organization previously provided employee health insurance through Optima and their agent, Brandon Loving, who was so unresponsive and unreliable when it came to adding new or removing former employees from the policy, that we went with another insurance agency when it came time for renewal. However, despite notifying Thompson-Brooks well before the end of our coverage period that we would not being renewing, we continued to receive bills from Optima for renewed coverage. When we reached out to Thompson-Brooks' Office Manager, Cindy Atkinson, she assured us that the policy had been cancelled as requested. However, we were later informed directly by Optima that the policy was never canceled and remains in effect. Stay away from these liars!
