The mailer had instructions to call a number which I did and I told the lady whose name I believe was Kim what I had received and what was under the tabs . I asked her if I had won $1000 as indicated on the mailer, she said yes. So I drove straight from work in Mishawaka down to Goshen and had every intention of at least test driving a hybrid. I was greeted by a young and he motioned for me to sit down and proceeded to tell me that what Kim told me was not necessarily true, I had won something but not necessarily the $1000 dollars as indicated. He immediately repaired the problem, serviced the truck, and got me on my way. I need My truck to earn a living and the service staff at EBY keep me rolling. If you drive a Ford you need EBY. 11/13 I just Had my truck serviced. I asked Ryan to check my belts and batteries as I was Having electrical issues. Belts OK batts not good. It is a relief to know that EBY employ professional technicians that take pride in their work and try to catch issues BEFORE they become a problem. Thank My tires were slipping in the snow and ice, my oil needed changing, a headlight was out, light on the dash said I had a problem with my exhaust system, and I was out of windshield washer fluid. Ernesto and Damon jumped onto my repairs and found my brakes were worn and my front right drive hub was seized in gear--no wonder my mileage was declining. All was repaired and tires replaced. EBY arranged with Enterprise rental for a car at a discounted rate on Wednesday. Today is Friday and my truck is finished! EBY service always steps up to give excellent service and the staff is friendly and courteous. The sales department makes you happy but the Service department keeps you on the road.

I got my car back after 2-3 weeks of waiting for parts and them to do the labor and i checked it out and there were bolts just laying on top of the bell housing and intake piping was never installed properly. Here we are on October 21st with another blown transmission. Thanks S&H greatly appreciate it I also love dumping money out of my pockets. Must have been a high mileage transmission from a junk yard.

They proceeded to tell me I needed new struts, brake pads, and rotors. $2500. I'm not sure how a broken strut (according to them) is now all new brake parts. I'm doing the repairs myself for under $400 after paying $165 to find the broken strut. Theyre also very slow at calling back as we had to call them several days in a row just to try and schedule an appt. Will not make the drive anymore as the service/tech knowledge doesn't seem present.
