Call back to check about it found out that I should have taken to Gurley Lee which is Certify on working on Buick was told that they can work on them but no recall work can be done by them. With me needing my car because of taking care of family members I wish they would have told me that in the beginning. Now have another appointment with Gurley Lee to check what work was done by Gates and to see why my Engine light is on again. Lesson Learn.

After a few days later, when I arrived to the shop for my appointment, we talked about my car and I even informed Philo that I had went to another shop (gates... lol) and they quoted me almost $3k to fix my passenger car door. Which, by the way, my passenger side door would not open at all nor would the window go all the way down without making noise. Philo stepped outside and took a look at my car, analyzed it carefully and said, "Yup. I can fix it! And for a better price!" Sure liked the sound of that!! We went back inside and he searched up car parts for my car and gave me an estimated price. However, he said he would do some more searching and send me an accurate estimate through email. Philo took my information and I went on my way. Later that night, he called me and gave me the actual estimated amount and I said, "Let's do it!" (By the way, ALOT cheaper than Gates!!) We set up an appointment, where I'd practically be carless and he sent me the quote through email. I went to Philo's shop the following day and gave him half the deposit! A week later, I took my car to the shop. 3 and a half days later, my car was ready for pick up. (P.s. I was so excited!) When I arrived, he explained to me what they did to my car and how they even cleaned it as well! (I appreciated that so much!) He handed me my keys, I gave him the other half of the money and went on about my business. I opened my passenger car door and had such a relief that I could finally open the door again.
