She said that their computers don't do it there, and I know that's a lie because they've done it for me before. I told her the other people do it, and that I'll go to the other location, and I left because she didn't want to help me anyway. She has very poor customer service skills, and she's an asshole... pissed me off, and I was having a very great morning. I will not use this location again just because of her, and I faithfully use this location for both of my vehicles, and my son's vehicle. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.
