I think better communication before the fact would have solved these issues. If you use them bear in mind your items may be transported with others' and this could result in not enough space in truck. Make sure you make an accurate inventory before you call. Their movers (the owner and his son) arrived on time and came fully prepared with furniture pads and the necessary tools to transport all my furniture (even being prepared and easily able to transport an oversized couch down over an exterior balcony when it would not fit through the stairs)! They were courteous and clearly experienced and took time to ensure none of my belongings were damaged during the move and that they were securely packed in their truck for transport. For some of my items that needed to be placed into storage, they helped me organize everything "Tetris" style to the point where I was able to use a smaller storage unit than originally expected. The savings from using a smaller unit alone will likely pay for the entire cost of using movers over the next few months! All in all, I was extremely impressed with my experience with B&F and look forward to using them for my next move (whenever that may be).

Well I got incredibly lucky when I found Jamal the young business owner of Quick Help Junk Removal. I left a message with what I needed done and a request for a quote and received a response immediately!! I was told about different size trucks they have and based on the size of my garage I was quoted a reasonable price for them to remove and haul away everything in the garage. They were actually available to come later that very day to take care of it for me!! They arrived very promptly and were so polite and helpful. As the truck got full Jamal had different suggestions for options of what would be best to put on the truck and what might be best for another time if I needed. They took everything I asked from loose wood around the walls to old tables that other family members thought we had to save!! And they even swept the floor!!
