We moved our Dad into assisted living and had to deal with emptying 40 years of his "stuff" from the home before the sale. We got multiple quotes and Bob himself came promptly for an estimate which was super reasonable. Nothing in the house seemed to phase him - he has probably seen it all before! Bob was great on communication through the whole process as we doing this clean-out remotely, as I no longer live in Buffalo. We gave them the date and the lock-box key code and they got to work. Bob and his team are the best!!! It is the lowest price junk removal in the city. They are polite and laid back, even if your place is a wreck. I have had them come once, was satisfied. Now that I am selling the house, I recommended him to my realtor to get the last bits and the realtor called Bob right away after hearing the rates. After the death of our mother, my brother and I, who live in Washington State, came back to Lockport to clean out the house she had lived in for 65 years and ready it for sale. As you can imagine, after 65 years there was a lot to clean out, especially since the house has an incredible amount of storage space. Bob and his assistant were great! They even take items to donate, since where they take their loads separates that out and donates it. That saved us probably another day and definitely another hassle. We never asked them to sweep out the basement after clearing it out, so we were very surprised when they did!
