I could of used the one part still but since it was broken I didn't want to pay full price. The lady in the office said oh I can't negotiate with pricing I have to call the owner. So I waited 25 minutes for her to contact the owner and he never answered or responded. The part was $15 at full price, I offered to pay $10 since it was broken.
