I was so fortunate to find Shar who was able to process the 3rd and last important document I needed in order to satisfy the DMV registration criteria prior to receiving a Registration. That was the VIN Verification. I had contacted another provider in the area but they wanted to see the MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) or basically your new car's birth certificate. Shar was easy to work with, very friendly, quick and the process was done within 20 min. She was so surprised to see what type of car I had and also the low mileage (less than 75 miles). Again, all I needed to do was show her my mileage of the vehicle, the 50 state emissions sticker usually located under the hood and that was basically it. She does all the paperwork for you on the spot. She then went back up to her office to print the paperwork and told me to follow her after 10 min. which I did. When I entered her office (#230), she showed me her license on the wall and then I paid her $25 in cash- easy money. I got my copies and off I went. I promised to give her a well-deserved 5 star review. When you pay her a visit, her parking for her office is off the Cecil Ave. next to the brand new warehouse-like building they just built. Park there, give her a call, and she'll come down the stairs to meet you. Her office is back upstairs on the left side of the building at the very end. I am thankful for her service in so many ways since it eliminated the hassle for me to try and setup an appointment with the DMV and then having to drive to one of their locations. For the amount I paid for this service, it was well worth it. She will even mail the DMV paperwork for you, but in my case, I just needed the VIN verfication document as I was going to send my paperwork in myself. I highly recommend her services if you buy a car out of state or bringing in a vehicle of any type that needs VIN Verification. read more

My registration was due and with being pregnant and 90 degree weather I had no patience to wait in line at the DMV and deal with with crappy staff members that hate their job. I found this place on Yelp. I called to see if I had to make an appointment but the nice lady told me to just come in between 3-5. I was in and out within 15mins! I also received my sticker and registration the same day. The service fee was $29 aka convenience fee because it was so convenient and fast. Shara is very professional and helpful. She and her team effectively take away the pain of dealing with DMV. I am basing this on two times I needed her help. 1. DMV had screwed up - they didn't deliver our new registration on time. I got a parking ticket for expired registration. I had the option to waste more time pursuing the clowns at DMV or go through Shara's team. I did the latter. I just had to text my information and then go pick up the expedited registration (for a fee) on on a Saturday! 2. Today, I needed my lien free title to sell my car. We paid off the loan and the bank electronically notified the DMV about it. But, per the DMV process they will only mail the title out. I texted Shara to see if she could help expedite the process so that my sale isn't blocked. She offered to check the status of my title on Monday and also explained that I could proceed with the sale using R-262 form! This form is not available for printing on the internet because it's on some special paper. I asked her if she had it and she said yes. She was nice enough to make a trip to her office again on a Saturday to deliver those forms to me for no charge! read more

I messaged over half a dozen business listings on Yelp that offer DMV services and one replied back that they can not do it but referred me to Shar at Auto Registrar and I'm glad I did. Shar is very amiable and makes doing business a pleasure. I purchased a salvage car from a dealer that went out of business and after taking the day off work to wait in line for hours at the DMV they were not able to finish processing it. I did not want to wait in line all over again to deal with another DMV employee or be put on hold for hours to have someone tell me they are unsure what the next steps are. I've been driving around with expired tags for a few weeks and always on edge when I saw a cop. I hired a similar service that has a lot of reviews on Yelp to register a car from out of state about 2-3 years back and he did a great job but charged more then double Shar's rates and I had to drive to his office to pick up the tags. I called Shar and she said to mail everything to her, she received the package this past Friday and emailed me today (the following business day) with a copy of the new tags and notification that it'll be mailed out. This isnt a service they offer; but they might come to you if it works for you both. I got personal issues.... you have no gauge of how much i appreciate that particular gesture. I was coming up to the deadline for registering a car I just bought and DMV appointments were too far out.
