They just opened this place. Literally. Meaning the business, and renovating, etc. they were very nice and welcoming.

This place is an utter joke. I was told this was convenient. I went in to register my car and everything was all smiles and laughs and only $302. I then received a phone call to come back in, and was told I have to pay an additional $140. The staff here is actually pretty hilarious as they make up random answers, and after they say "that's why" as if they have reassured you of why you have to pay. After I received my random answer for my second payment. They handed me 1 license plate and told me to have a good day. Since then I have received $120 ticket for only having 1 plate (I moved from Philadelphia and was told by staff I am fine with 1), and received 2 letters from DMV stating that my car is no longer registered. Long story short I had to go back to DMV, wait in line, and pay again just to do what they didn't. Such a shame to rip off innocent people, but at least they are funny hahaha. If you plan to do business and help people, be flexible and do what it is needed to help. I gave a license plate to the daughter I think- she refuse and she wants an actual registration form. I own the vehicle, showed my ID and showed my dealer license. She refuse to register the truck as I need the registration form. Simple things in life should not be complicated. Learn to be flexible not all in the books. Owner does not see potential as I register 50 cars a month. read more

Hate standing in line and Dmv? And this is the place to go! Every time I've come here I'm greeted with a smile and a pleasant hello! This is a family-owned business. They have car registration services, various insurance services, filtered water, and Mexican ice cream. Mr. Javid and his family do an excellent job explaining the rules of DmMV working on any paperwork that you might have, and providing insurance far a reasonable rate if you need it. I suggest you try this place out. It sure saves me a lot of time and money. By the way, check out Access Insurance when you go there. They offer great rates and there's no driving record check. Their sign says open 9:30-6:00 . I came in at 5:30 and they were locked up and closed. I drove 20 minutes through traffic to get here, thanks a lot. I came another time and the lady helping with the paperwork was very unfriendly and unpleasant. fact: I got a renewal notice and fee is $242, went to carregistration.com and they are going to charge me $280. If I wrote a check or pay at dmv.ca.gov, I will pay face amount, which is $242. same service. They do offer delivery options, anything extra will costs you extra. you can judge which one is better. read more

Needed to transfer a title/register Spent over 5 hours at the DMV on 5/18 (came in 30mins before they opened and queued up) and checked my place in line and found out I wasn't even close. Their appointments system had been down for several weeks so I requested time off from work to get this done and was not successful. I came to Car Registration Services and spent max. 10minutes here. I came in with my completed title transfer and paid $50 for their services ($50 On top of the DMV fees which was a great investment for my time). after those 10 minutes I walked out with my printed registration AND my registration sticker. I would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends and family. read more

I have been coming here for years and never had an issue. I probably had them help me with car registeration for at least 5 cars. They are very polite, knowledgeable and all around nice people. Very convenient location on Tully and Quimby. No need to wait for hours in the line at the DMV. read more

Called to get my registration sticker replaced. He told me 21 dollars i get there he tells me theres a 30 dollar surcharge which he didnt tell me about on the phone. When I complained he stated it was my fault. As if someone stealing my sticker is my fault somehow. I needed the sticker so I got it and paid the rediculus surcharge but I will not be coming back again. read more

There is always a price to pay for "convenience". Some people actually like to stand in long lines, among strangers...BUT why? when someone can stand in line for you? Come here, pay a little ($25 roughly) and get all your DMV peripherals done. It may seem at first, when you step into this store, that you have entered a mirage of many multi-bizs w/ faces similar to each other (family owned business) ...or maybe entered into the wrong store....BUT wait! They do take care of business here, your DMV related business that is. They also sell WATER, so fill them bottles up while your documents and stickers get printed. Very friendly and courteous. A must have in every neighborhood. Parking is limited. read more

This place is nothing short of amazing. I am an out of state transfer and this family run business did everything to get my new license plates and registration within one day without having to wait on line at the DMV. The father of the business is caring and wonderful and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this place for all of your car registration needs. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. We came in early into this business to pay registration and waited patiently for them to set up. I didn't mind. When I approached their unorganized little "office" area, the elderly man didn't greet but asked for paperwork. I handed paperwork over and he typed in the info into his system and THREW my paperwork at me. Then said, "Go to DMV". Umm ok? First, I thought why would he rudely throw any paperwork at anyone. Second, no explanation? I asked, "Why?" And this guy yelled, "I can't help you, go to DMV!" I asked again, "Why? Can you explain?" He now stood up and told me to get out because I'm not listening to him. Wow!!! All I asked was why do I need to go to DMV. I don't see what's on your screen, why are you standing over me and yelling at me? I'm only trying to understand as to why you're being unprofessional and throwing papers at a customer who is being polite and telling me to go to DMV without explaining? You are a DMV registration third party. If you're working as a third party, at least give a polite reason and be on our merry way. This guy lost his nuts. Everyone in the store saw how rude he got with me in seconds. I'm not sure what triggered him or if he had a bad morning but I STILL remained calm and respectful. I could have easily made his day a living hell but I took the high road and walked out by saying "calm down sir and have a good day." He may have realized then that he was in the wrong. His poor wife tried to calm him. TRIGGERED and unprofessional was my experience. I will never ever ever come into this place again and I'll stop referring all my friends and family here. I wouldn't even recommend their water services. I'd rather drink tap water before receiving services from someone rude and possibly racist. I pray for people like him, he may need to retire. If his children are reading this. Help your parents. They seem tired and overly stressed. They are definitely taking it out on their customers. Paperwork is lying around and piling up and things are looking like how services are given, unorganized. Definitely will wait in DMV line before coming across this place.
