You need to call to make an appointment as they don't take walk-ins. I had to wait 30+ days for the next available appointment (-1 star for the month long wait). Not sure if it's always that way or if it's just the year-end rush. Other than that, it's fairly efficient.

It's incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you're going to partner with the DMV and advertise services, at least have clear signage and consistent information.
