Brianna fixed all of that. She helped bundle my auto, home, and umbrella into one clean setup, and somehow got me significantly lower pricing with better coverage -- which I wasn't expecting at all. She's also incredibly responsive (actually picks up or calls back quickly), answers questions clearly, and follows through without me having to chase anything down. And bonus -- she's easy to talk to and even funny, which makes dealing with insurance... surprisingly not painful. If you want someone who knows what they're doing and makes the process easy, I'd definitely recommend her.

If you have your insurance on auto-pay, I highly suggest you stop and look at your statements right now. It all started smoothly. On May 5, 2024, I insured my Genesis GV80. My monthly premium was a reasonable $233.67. A year later, on August 5, 2025, I added a Kia Sportage to the policy. Naturally, the premium went up to $372.34. Perfectly fair. But here is where the nightmare begins. On November 5, I sold the Genesis and cancelled its coverage. You would think my premium would drop significantly, right? Since I was on auto-pay, I didn't look closely at my next statement. When I finally checked, I was shocked: they were charging me $229.60 for just the Kia! A vehicle worth half the price of the Genesis was costing almost the exact same amount to insure. When I went to their office demanding answers, nobody could give me a logical explanation. Magically, right after my complaint, they dropped the premium to around $150. Against my better judgment, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I thought, "They are a reputable company, surely there is just a misunderstanding." So, when I bought my newest vehicle, I added it to the same policy alongside the Kia. On May 5, they charged me a combined total of $169.14. A few days later, on May 9, I sold the Kia and promptly cancelled its insurance. During the cancellation process, the agent explicitly promised me two things: 1 I would receive a refund of $169.19. 2 My monthly premium for my sole remaining vehicle would drop to a clean $59. Guess what actually happened? No refund ever arrived. Instead, they sent me a new bill for $64.28. Today, on May 29, I went back to their office to look for answers. An employee named Xavier told me something completely mind-boggling: "If we issue your refund, your policy premium will go up." Even when I said, "Fine, do it anyway," his response was, "We can't do it today." No refund. No correction of the inflated bill. Just a wall of excuses and vanishing money. This has been an absolute nightmare of deceptive practices and shifting numbers. They are quick to take your money, but when they owe you, they lock the doors and change the rules. Please, think twice before trusting this company with your vehicles. Check your bank statements, question every dollar, and protect yourself--because they certainly won't.
