That's mounted and balanced. I get you have to pay for the convenience of him coming to you and to make a dollar but taking advantage is a whole different story.

Without any provocation, this individual verbally assaulted me and then attempted to ram my vehicle. The situation escalated further when he deliberately positioned his tow truck in front of my car, using it to intimidate and threaten me. He proceeded to move the tow platform toward my vehicle in a manner that strongly suggested an intent to strike it. The entire encounter was alarming and left me shaken. At no point was his behavior justified or appropriate. I remain uncertain as to his exact intentions, whether he intended to damage my vehicle, force entry, or otherwise harm me, but his actions were aggressive, erratic, and posed a clear safety risk. This incident occurred in the CVS parking lot located at 375 Queen Anne Road in Teaneck. Conduct of this nature is completely unacceptable, particularly from someone entrusted with operating a large commercial vehicle on public streets. I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate it promptly. No one should have to experience this level of intimidation or danger.

When I came back -- my car was gone. Towed within minutes. I called right away, but of course, no one answered. This happened around 3 PM, and I had to wait hours until after closing time to even retrieve my car. When I finally arrived, they acted like it was nothing -- just another chance to make a quick buck. They hit me with a $50 after-hours fee because they refused to open before 6 PM, and another $50 "storage fee" like I had left my car there overnight. Pure greed. In total, I was forced to pay $364 -- $250 for the tow, $50 after hours, $50 storage, and $14 for a "credit card convenience fee." What kind of business takes advantage of people like this? It felt like being robbed in plain sight. To make things worse, I even called the owner of the complex, and he said he "didn't like getting calls." What kind of owner says that when people are being taken advantage of on his property? It's disgusting. The heavy-set man at the lot couldn't even look me in the eyes -- pretending to be on the phone the whole time. He knew what they were doing was wrong. Watching him avoid eye contact while I stood there holding back tears was truly disheartening. This entire situation was disturbing, disappointing, and just sad. I would never wish this experience on anyone. People work hard for what they have -- and for a company to take advantage of that, especially when helping someone disabled, is beyond cruel.
