DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL I was rear ended and brought my car to Cibao to be repaired. Geico paid in full for the repairs. I came to find out from Geico and another autobody that Cibao only repaired the OUTSIDE of the car. For the underside, instead of replacing the parts Geico paid to be replaced, they just banged out the damaged parts and kept the insurance money. Geico paid Cibao $7,400 for parts and labor and instead, they just banged out the old one and kept the money In my photos you can see the damage still remaining on my vehicle after cibao "fixed it" as well as the email from Domingo telling me he would pay me for the missing parts after Geico confirmed they were never replaced by Cibao.

We drove around the block and parked for restrictions. While we were sitting there -less than 10 minutes after driving it away from this garage- someone pointed out our tire had a bubble! A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not. I would have been better off finding someone not squeezing me in so we could drive the car today. And Response was so offensive he doesn't deserve our patronage.

All the above is why I was so delighted by my experience with United. I was able to schedule my inspection with a quick and pleasant call. They took me in on time, conducted the whole thing in under 10 minutes and had me on my way. They were pleasant and kind and didn't seem so in a rush like other auto shops I've been to. I was 15 mins early but still had to wait. Customer service okay not friendly. Also make sure you check everything before an inspection at that place becuase they will charge you just for a little light bulb for your license plate $30 plus the inspection cost $37, I'm thought I would be lucky because I already purchased a light bulb but it was the wrong one for license plate bulb which was so small, so they will be truthful for there car inspection.
