On the way back to drop him off as soon as we said we weren't probably going to be buying today we were just looking he said he was cutting the test drive short and to come back when we were actually ready to buy. This is crazy to me as nobody I know purchases a vehicle right then and there after looking at it. We really only drove it for about seven minutes and he took us down roads where we could only go like 35 mph. This experience made me certain I would not be buying from them. Consequently, when we obtained an estimate from the DMV, we were astonished to discover an additional cost of nearly $2500. We had no prior knowledge of this requirement. How is one expected to procure the necessary funds for a vehicle, and achieve another $2500 in 30 days without knowledge. We went in and asked if this could be renegotiated with the manager to include the taxes and he said there was a 95% chance that he could redo the loan. To give him a couple of days and he would reach out. I have called left messages and absolutely no call back or any news at all! It's been 20 days. So this dealership definitely lacks in the morals and accountability department.

He lied about the condition of the vehicle in the add he placed on Facebook. He also told me he bought it from a local Lincoln man, and I found out it originated in Iowa and he bought it from a Lincoln bank. I also asked him if he had someone look over vehicles before he sold them and he said he did. If that's true, then his mechanics missed several leaks, wheel bearing, passenger side window regulator, and horrible penetrating rust on under carriage. I drove vehicle to make sure no engine lights came on. I did not test all windows because it was wintertime. I also trusted Joe to be an honest human. I tried to return truck a week later after my mechanic found all the issues and he would not take it back. I guess he really needed the few thousand dollars he made more than his integrity to be intact.

I told them what I was hoping to find, what I could afford, where I currently was financially and I told them about the 08 vehicle I was in and how much I still owed. I am proud to say I got out of my 08 and I am driving a nice 2013 ford escape with LOWER payments than the 08. I have had NO issues with my vehicle and I absolutely love it. Say what you want about the commercials, that guy is a stand up man. However we have a problem! I received a call from a "Debbie" today needing pictures of my car, including the mileage and various other things, she tried calling me as i was working, which i can't answer for obvious reasons. She then reaches out to one of my contacts and sounded like she was having a nervous mental breakdown. So i call "Debbie" back and she explains what needs to be done in a tone that can only be described as confrontational and at a speed that would make an advid watcher of the show, "Gilmore girls" think she is going too fast. Between the tone and her ability to speak an impressive 2,000 words a minute we got down to the deal that she needed the pictures. I advised her that i am working and will be working for the entire week ten hour days and she is more then welcome to come take photos. Somebody tried peeling off the "moxie" sticker off my car and i asked her if she could bring some goo-gone to remove it as it doesn't look good anymore. I was as a backup going to ask her to bring another sticker to cover the damaged one. This is when she just completely blew up, she must have been having a hard day because this was not a unfriendly call. She then stated that she had called me "dozens of times", which i plainly told her that is NOT true. Caller id in 2020 works well along with Verizon records of every call that you have sent and received. I looked it over after she shamed me for being an ungrateful/lazy/bad customer and this friendly woman had called me twice. Once back in July, and once today. I do not like being called a liar and made out to be some sort of scumbag so naturally, i did not take too kindly to this. I dropped it as she fumed into the phone that she is coming by my house in two hours, i am a bit terrified to meet this woman as if she cannot handle her anger over a simple phone call what will happen if i am not waiting outside for her? I was told at the time of purchase there was an extra key being made and i told her she should bring that just in case i'm not out there right away, to which she informed me there was no extra key, there was no promise of an extra key, and titled herself as, "The Keeper of the keys". I've made all my payments on time, i'm not a problem customer, and generally have nice things to say about Moxie, but this one employee is enough to make me never want to return. People who are so quick to finger point, and lose there cool at something as simple as a missed phone call should not be in a position where they talk to customers. This is a bit sad for me because i previously held moxie as a great place to help people get cars, but i didn't know they would send somebody like that to people who pay there bills and don't cause a stir. She will be here in a few hours, and i for one am a bit scared. Wish me luck.

They don't barter on price which was a surprise...but after researching, found their pricing to be more competitive than other dealerships by a few thousand. He also offered me EXACTLY what I was hoping for in my trade. Have already referred this dealership to my parents who may be in the market for a purchase soon. So I got a new car on May 24th from Bigler Motors in Lincoln.. two weeks after the purchase the muffler fell off of this 2012 Chrysler 300 Limited in which I was forced to pay for because they said I had to have hit something so while they're robbing me they loan me a car that got scratched on the bumper and when I return this car to get my new car the general manager mr. Prickell held me hostage refusing to giving me my vehicle refusing to work out payment plans demanding upfront $350 payment from a quote that a girl washing the car made just moments before and when I didn't have the $350 he says but you have to have somebody with the credit card that can pay that for you and then forced me to sit and wait while he stood guard to type out some bogus agreement and force me to sign it before he would give me my car back even went to the lengths of Standing Outside the bathroom door while I went to the bathroom to cried!! never been treated so poorly in my life all by Bigler Motors general manager Brough pickrell so after my Escape I said a few Choice words on my exit as the GM chased me out of the building!! I was in and out with test driving and dealing in 15 minutes. Offered him a lower price that I thought the car was worth and he said yes with no haggle. Said everything that is wrong with it up front, which he had already fixed most of it. Put in a new battery for us, and discounted the fact that the radio wouldn't turn on because neither one of us could work it. It ended up working after a few days too. Lol. He has always been straightforward about what he's got & if it matches what I'm looking for. NO PRESSURE, & a welcome change from the gigantic high-pressure lots a few blocks north.
