Paid $25 for a car wash just to do everything myself. I asked if they clean tires, the man stated they do everything. After I paid he then tells me there's the bucket over there for me to clean my tires myself. I was expecting a service where they vacuum and clean the interior themselves, I asked for the most expensive service so I can get a good cleaning. Left to dry my own car myself, never coming here again. Will definitely NOT recommend. read more

I would have left no stars if I could. I have two monthly memberships to this car wash and not bc I think it is the best car wash. I like supporting small businesses, Here is my issue anybody can pull in if you know how and use the services for free such as wheel cleaning, tire cleaning, vacuums and after wash finishing. The ignorant people using it for free blast their music and annoying paying customers thinking they own the world. The owner or management just does not want to cause any issues with the people that think they are owed something without paying for it. So my two accounts as of today will be discontinued here and moved to a newer better car wash. See how much you make from them free loaders that don't pay for services provided. read more

This is not the place to go to if you're looking for a quality job. The basic wash is probably as good as the ultra. See photos- either vaccum is bad or they didn't pay attention. Dash and console was also not wiped. Prices are really low, so if you need a quick lower quality wash this is good. read more

One of, if not the worst car wash in the Cherry Hill Area! Highest recommendation NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION! They are very mean, in your face, and will not repair what they break on your car. I went in today and they snapped off the trim on my car, not aftermarket, but factory and then had the audacity to tell me that I added the item after they did the wash and that I broke it intentionally. I will ever return and will make sure that they pay for the broken items on my vehicle. read more

There isn't much to say about this car wash, other than it has been around for a while now and I've never left unhappy. The worst car wash experience ever. I don't know what they did, they burnt my car's exterior paint and left a permanent scar. When I told their non English speaking staff, they called up the owner and he started fighting with me and rather blamed me that it was already there. He was the most rude guy I have ever come across who was shouting at me in front of other customer instead of accepting & apologizing. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH if you want to save trouble and money. Not sure why the low rating! Note: This review isn't for detailing. These guys vacuumed my car for me prior to the wash- like literally took the vacuum out of my hands as I was doing it myself. And one of them (seemed like a manager) was very kind, insisting, and didn't expect anything in return for their free vacuum service (although I'm sure a tip is appreciated). Now that's the type of gesture that makes businesses stand out from rest. Just drive to the back first, choose your service, park to vacuum at entrance of garage, then continue in for the wash. Someone will direct you. I hope everyone experiences what I experienced today. It was $9.50 for regular wash plus vacuum. 2 star rating on yelp has GOT to be from a previous owner! read more

The staff is short handed & rude. Had to dry my own car off by opening the car doors and wipe all the jams down. The rude cashier was to busy on a personal call with his earbuds in to answer a few questions about the services. They don't use enough water when they rinse off your car but charge you extra for an SUV. Even while driving away no water sprayed from the side view mirrors. The car was still covered in foam when it came out of the blower area. I've been to this chain before in other parts of SJ & never experienced such a poor performance. I'm being generous with star. I paid more to have car vacuumed. My car has hat floor mats that need to be removed, which I mentioned and had no problem. I get in my car mats look worse the before. They did the worst vacuuming job in backseat anyone could do. Granted my yellow lab was back there earlier in week but honestly doesn't even look like the made any attempt. The inside was all wet from the dirty rags they used to just wipe not clean inside. I asked for a rag and they hand me a dirty soaked one. I said a dry one please. They claim they don't have any. Then started to not understand English anymore. I looked for the manager or the guy I paid at least but no where to be found. I will not recommend this place to anyone or ever return. read more

I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be great. Perhaps it's changed ownership recently. I've used this car wash for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with their service. Anyway. yesterday (Saturday at 10am) I was driving up Cooper Landing Rd. and noticed there was no line, which would have been unusual for a Saturday in the past. I drove in and there were only 2 workers there. I paid for the premium service which should have included vacuuming, wiping the dash, cleaning the interior windows, and wiping off the excess water after the wash. The only thing they did was vacuum. The guy drive my car to the waiting area and told me it was ready. The car was dripping with water. I had to drive home and wipe the car down myself. I put the $5 bill I intended to tip them back in my pocket and left. Never again. read more

I have been going to this carwash weekly for over 10 years. Never had a problem until a few weeks ago. I didn't notice a dent in the passenger side roof of my car until after I got home. Went back immediately and was told they only use cloth. I explained the machines are made of metal wrapped with cloth. Perhaps a metal arm malfunctioned. The young gentleman in charge that day who had seen me there many times told me it must've happened when I had the door open somewhere. Made no sense. I explained I got the car washed, returned home, saw the dent and came back. It was not there before the car wash. I keep my car pristine. When you see the picture anyone could tell it is quite noticeable and I would have seen it immediately prior to the carwash. Then he said there was leaf debris in the chrome so that the damage must've come from a branch somewhere else. It cost me $800 to have this damage fixed. I had no proof and the carwash certainly wasn't going to admit to any wrong doing so it cost me dearly. If anyone else has had damage from this carwash recently, please post. Future washes elsewhere, I will be sure to walk around the car before I get in and drive away. Very disappointing. read more

This doesn't even deserve one . It started when the guy we paid was talking on his phone with both ear buds in. He wasn't listening to the question we were asking (if they put rainX on the windshield. After a minute we realized how ignorant he was with his phone. Then we were waiting and waiting for our car. As it came through to be wiped off it still had foam all over it. The lady tried to wipe it but wasn't very successful. It's obvious they are saving water since it was not completely wiped off. We had to wipe down our own car. This was a waste of time and money. The inside of this place was disgusting. Boxes & boxes of items inside. I wonder if these were taken out of cars or the trash. Don't waste your time or money at this car wash. Horrible service!! read more

It's a 2 star car wash for sure. Yes, you go in dirty and come out clean but when you actually look at the job it's not a great job. First off, the inside attendants are constantly on their phones. I'm not sure what the guy sitting in the waiting area does, maybe he's just the friend of the cashier? If he's an employee, being sprawled out, not looking up and only playing on his phone is a waste of labor, in may have been the only customer there but still, it's a bad look. The window cleaning is done with the same rag that dries the car and wipes down the dash so it's all hazy and streaky. Speaking of the dusting, that's just something listed as a service performed, doesn't actually happen. Under The door handles are always dirty, the Pre-wash vacuum is nothing short of turning on the vac and turning it off. For whatever reason they soaked the drivers side weather mat and didn't clean it. I haven't looked real hard for a car wash here yet but even for 8$ this won't be my spot. read more

The wash turned out very nice, but when I went to grab the five or six quarters I had in my coin tray for a tip, the quarters were missing. I spoke to the manager about it and he offered that maybe the vacuum sucked the change up, but the dimes were still there and it is in part of the car where you wouldn't vacuum.
