These reviews are being published again, because the settlement agreement, the compensation offered by Anhdy to remove the review was never completed. This is one of Ace's characteristic traits. Anhdy will say whatever it takes, to make it sound like what you need to hear on the other end of the phone. But then he will not follow through. He will ignore your calls and messages. Once you start to get really annoyed because he has been ignored you, making you wait for a weeks maybe for a month. Then he will get on the phone and apologize, he will tell you he has done everything he can, and he just cannot believe this has gotten to this, point. "I agree with you, this is terrible." This I exactly what I have heard him tell clients he has been blowing off for weeks, sometimes they are new clients, and they are not 'big enough, not fleets I won't bother', but this behavior is usually how he treats renewing clients. I have witnessed this. This is how he is treating me, his former employee, after he stopped payment on my first paycheck... 5 months after he wrote it and I deposited it. He stopped payment on my check Christmas week. He pretended he did not know anything about it. Three days later, he changed my passwords, told me I was fired through text by saying I needed to find a better fit for wok. It took me 2 months for me to find out that Ace had stopped payment and that there was not fraud on my account. I had to file a case in court to get Ace to even to answer my phone call. Here is some the email I got almost three months after payment was stopped on my check. Here is a response, that I received from Anhdy, in a email he forwarded to his wife, President of Ace Financial, Jackie Houag. Jackie, please forward this message to Wells Fargo. This is ridiculous, only $1,384. Ed, I think you should be on the phone with USSA and Wells Fargo and get to bottom of this. As you can see, we never stopped payment on your check. I think I am sure that this is causing by someone who got your wallet with your DL and our check, THEN they cashed it twice. You and I did not doing any wrong, we are both victims. Wells Fargo and USSA have to figure out, do you agreed. Please ask your USSA to pressure Wells Fargo for the proof that you were cashing the check? $1384 may not be a big deal to a rich insurance agency like Ace, but for me that was the money that I needed to pay my January bills with. Especially since Anhdy fired me 3 days later. But in this moment, at least, I had some hope. Andy had not quite owned up his, 'mistake', but he seemed willing to fix it since I had started writing Google reviews about my job experiences with him at Ace. Anhdy asked me to take down online reviews and he would have his bank resolve to situation by the end of week. I was so glad that after three months this ordeal would be over. At this time, I was also speaking to his banker at Wells Fargo, that kept on telling me, "We have to protect our client" and "Yes we took the funds, but I can't tell you why or where they went". I contacted Anhdy on the following Friday, with the Google reviews down he did not have time for me again, he just sent me a text message. "MY TIME IS MUCH MORE VALUABLE THAN THIS" So, the review goes back up. IF ACE WOULD TREAT A DISABLED VET LIKE THIS AT CHRITMAS OVER HIS PAY THAT HE HAD EARNED 4 MONTHS EARLIER. JUST TAKE THAT MONEY AND SHUT DOWN COMMUNICATION. IMAGAINE WHAT THEY COULD DO TO YOUR TRUCKING COMPANY!!! BE VERY CAREFUL TRUCKERS ANHDY CAN SOUND LIKE A SWEET MAN BUT HE IS A SHARK

Because they are a broker, they were able to shop the most competitive rates for me. It's nice to have a personal connection with your insurance agency (versus going through Geico or State Farm) if something goes wrong and Baig insurance is also open on Saturday if needed. I think the DMV services by far are the most convenient considering how big of a pain it is to go to the dmv. If you moved here from out of state they can take care of the transfer paperwork for you. Also, their office is conveniently located in Artesia which is very central to a lot of major areas in SoCal.
