Do not come to this location! Very unorganized and once you sign up and need assistance it is impossible to get a hold of your agent. The price is fair, but God forbid we actually need a to make a claim we already know it will be a major issue. Look elsewhere or visit another location. UPDATE: I called the phone number listed to try and resolve our current issue and was placed on hold for 45 minutes while being transferred 4 times to 3 different "corporate associates" the final 4th transfer I was sent to a law office? What an experience it has been with this company. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. I still have not been able to reach our agent and no other associates can help apparently only the assigned agent. read more

Let me just say this. The first time I walk into Adrian's insurance there were three people working there. After I left, I felt lucky to have gotten the insurance guy Ricky. He was very nice and hooked me up with what seemed to be a really good deal. He's been my insurance dude ever since. I'm not a computer savvy person. He was nice enough to help me sent up a direct payment so I'm never late on it and explained all the different options so that in the event I got into an accidenthat I was covered. I'm not happy with the service that was rendered to me. I called in to get a quote I was initially told $50 and I asked if I could get more of a discount. The person that got on the line ran my records it was clear no tickets nothing. He quoted me a higher amount than I was initially quoted. Then he became rude and condescending when I told him it was cheaper than he quoted. So I am exceedingly disappointed, and disgusted with the service that I received. I felt like the broker there was just trying to make money off of me and not have my best interest at heart. read more

Definitely one of the worst places ever. Quote you something then half way through your quote they change it. They charge you for changing your card on file. Customer service is rude hangs up on you. The customer service is the worst in person and over the phone. Really rude and they aren't understanding, btw you can't be a day late or else your policy is cancelled and when i mean cancelled, CANCELLED. Adiranas insurance in a BROKER and one I would never recommend! They simply do what you can do on your own without giving them a percentage of your money because they are a BROKER! The Custer service is horrible, the reliability it terrible and my suggestion is always calling insurance COMPANIES yourself to get a real quote and no games of HAGGLING! Call Geico, Mercury, AAA yourself, don't rely on a broker....again they do what you can do and really PROVIDE nothing but headaches down the line for you! Look up the BBB for yourself! read more

Worst customer service. So many problems. They don't know what they are doing and lie to get you to sign up. Super crazy high broker fees. My insurance was only $69 wanted me to pay $250 to start. They said my due date was the 15th and I get a bill saying I have to pay by the 6th. And I even asked the lady Nansy before to make sure it would be on the 15th she said yes. Then I just called and some other lady said they require it 10 days before that's why it says the 6th. People get ur story straight!!!! Hate it and regret renewing will be moving to a different insurance SOON!! read more

This people don't know what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend going to this insurance. First off when I started my insurance with them it was my first time getting a car and insurance. The girl that filled out my paper work didn't do it right and I had to fill my paper work instead and I had to wait like 3 weeks for for the registration because they did everything wrong. And after all that happened 3 months later some how my insurance got canceled even though I would make all my payments on time. Don't go here to get insurance they are just going to take your money and not do there job right. read more
