After waiting for well over an hour past my scheduled appointment, I finally took my car and left. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the shop wasn't busy at all. There were three mechanics working on a single car, and that was the only vehicle being serviced. Yet no one communicated with me or made any effort to explain why my appointment was delayed. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If you're running behind, the least you can do is keep your customers informed so they can decide whether to wait or reschedule. What's especially disappointing is that I've been a loyal customer for years. I've purchased tires here and brought several of our vehicles in for service. My TPMS sensors were checked and replaced right away. Was done in about 30 minutes after it was checked. The sensors were much cheaper than from Miramar location. More than $110 for 1 sensor in Miramar. Less than $300 at this location for 3 sensors. The gentleman who replaced the sensors also checked on my spare tire if it had one. No pressure or upselling when replacing my TPMS sensors, as only 3 of them needed to be replaced. Will be going back here for tire services, rather than the one in Miramar, as it is much closer from home and work now. Also, they're Cheaper and faster.
