I think the price for the tire and the convenience were well worth it! ! He was kind, friendly, and super professional. I have used a lot of tire repair guys. I used to work in Otay near the border and would get my tires punctured 4-5 times a year. Sears used to be my go to place believe it or not and this other place in Otay. Everyone knew me by name lol. A lot of tire places only want to sell you a tire and not repair it. I remember getting told over and over that I needed to get new tires from other places. Now I work in Chula Vista and i noticed a screw in my tire. I looked specifically for a tire repair place that was local. I found this mobile repair company and never knew anything like this existed. Only issue is where I was parked, cars come and go constantly. I didn't want them to have to move their trailer constantly. So he was currently just down the street from me. I head over after work and he was literally 3 mins from me. He took a look at it and pulled the screw and noticed it didn't puncture the tire. So instead of trying to plug it he did what other trained tire mechanics will say, it's always best to leave it alone if it didn't puncture the tire. So I was on my way within minutes of him evaluating it. It's been great since then. So thanks for being honest and meeting me in a panicked situation. I had to travel the next morning.
