My Tesla Model 3 20" wheel had a slow leak after traveling down here on a road trip. Took it to a tire shop for a patch and they found out there was a small crack on the inside rim instead. Until I found American Factory Wheel, I was buying 21" rims at $1.4K each from Telsa every year and letting them keep my damaged rim. Now I know better - You can get a repair for ~$200 from these guys.... San Diego has the worst roads in So. Cal, and I crack rims just driving around the city! I'd strongly advise not getting low profile rims for the Model X or Model S in the first place, especially for So. Cal roads (No opinion for the Model Cheap Tesla's.) But, if you need a cracked rim repaired, do not let Tesla take it and sell you a new rim, just bring it to AFW and they'll have it good as new for a low price. Nobody better! read more

Yes, I accepted the color, that's on me. As is the curb rash. Corrosion of the rim bead and the valve stem on a powder coated rim is unacceptable - especially in a dry climate like San Diego. It is an indication of poor craftsmanship. read more

These guys are amazing. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was very thorough, walked me through the shop to show how they recondition wheels, showed me a bunch of different colors that they offer to match the oem color. The finished product was spectacular; they even managed to get the plastic center caps to almost perfectly match the powder coat they put on. Also learned they can machine the face of the wheels too, so if you have diamond finished wheels, this is basically the only place left that can fix them. I'll def be bringing another set back to them. Their prices are ultra reasonable- especially considering the finished product you get is about 10x better than mobile wheel refinishers. read more
