Suds Auto Wash is great because you don't need to do any of that, you don't even need to talk to a person at all, it's all self service. I brought it back to show the damages, and the person I spoke with tried to gaslight me, saying things like "only diamonds can scratch glass", and "it must be your windshield wipers." Even if the angle made sense, that would mean I had literal diamonds in my wiper! I filled out their damage report and was told I would be given a call, but that never happened.
