I only asked that she call me before the card was charged. the driver showed up about 45 minutes later I helped them load my plow truck I told him more to take it. I only asked him please call me before you charge my credit card. A week later I found out they charged me almost double what other towing companies had quoted me for the tow and they never called me to tell me what the charge was or that my vehicle got to the repair facility. I called the manager to complain and all he said was he would talk to the driver and the dispatcher. No offer to make it right not even an apology. The staff that I talked to was very friendly and polite. There wasn't much communications between my husband and I do to bad phone reception so things got a little mixed up.
