I used to live really close to auto spa and now as an adult with a family, even living over 35+ minutes away, it's still SO worth it. It's so nice that I don't need to drop off my car somewhere and wait forever for an oil change. Auto spa did my oil change so quickly and it's been a great experience for years. Oil light on and low tire pressure light on. Called Auto Spa at 5pm to see what time they close. They told me 7 pm. Drove 30-40 minutes to get there. As I am pulling in they tell me it's closed. Never, ever will I do business there. read more

I have no idea why there are any negative reviews for AutoSpa. They do the job efficiently and quickly. No one in central Nassau has any excuse to ignore their oil changes if they can get to Willis Ave and Hillside Ave. Yes, synthetic oil costs a little more, but worth it if you are not doing the maintenance timely. The manager is on top of all the employees and will answer your questions. I took 3 different cars there, and the job was excellent each time. They do not charge more for luxury cars. But heck, if you have an exotic ride that needs special fluids, get it on your own and bring it to them. (My experience with a turbo direct injection engine) No appt necessary, usually in and out. My only suggestion would be some consistency on the freebie extras, which I did not expect anyway. One time, they vacuumed the interior and removed lots of trash from a long road trip. They also top off your washer fluid and usually check tire pressures. But these extras (never a charge) are not done consistently. I did not expect these services, nor asked for them. So a nice plus when they do it. Give them a try. Very reasonable priced and speedy. If you leave your cell #, they text you coupons for next time. read more

Auto Spa of Williston has been my go to for Oil changes since they opened. Fast, efficient and always extremely courteous. The waiting room has an ample amount of comfortable seating (and free coffee) but I am usually in and out so quickly I do not get a chance to enjoy them. They are very conveniently located on Willis Ave and it is extremely easy to pull in and out. Without any reservations I recommend this shop to anyone with a new or old car. read more

Let me start by writing that Auto Spa is the best oil change and accesories place anywhere I've been before. First I saw their ad on my local tv channel. It impressed me so much that I called immediately to get the easiest directions and found out it was only 3 miles from my home. I don't know who answered the phone but he was polite, informative and I got the feeling that he and his splace wanted me more than more I've heard before. I was first on line and in and out in less than 15 minutes. This is a clean place, a place that made me feel welcome and the best part was it cost me less than any other place I've been to in the past so that was a welcome bonus. WARNING! SCAMMERS! These guys don't change your filter and oil. They'll put leaves/trash in your filter to make it look "dirty", and pressure you to get their other services... but they won't actually service your car. They could've caused permanent damage to my car from not changing the oil. In the end they charged me almost $300 for a fake receipt and windshield sticker. Drive in oil change while you wait. I like this place for a variety of reasons: It is usually never jammed up, the guys there are real quick and they don't try to sell me all kinds of crap that I don't need a la Jiffy Lube. The prices are average as compared to the other chains but the service seems more professional here than the other oil change places I have ventured to. read more

After going here for many years, I discovered they never changed the oil filter for the past 2 years in my brand new vehicle. Also, not only were they NOT changing the oil, they did not even fill it last time. Today I did not have enough oil after their "oil change" 2 months ago! Also did the same to a friend of mine. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR! So how does Auto Spa go from 4 stars to 1 star you ask? Easy. I was preparing to get my oil changed at Auto Spa this morning. I've been using them for years now. After bad experiences with their local competitors I thought I had a business I could finally trust. So today, before the oil change I figured I change the air filter on the car myself ahead of time so I wouldn't need them to replace it. Why not, I figured I'd save a few bucks. So I open my hood and looked at air filter box in my car. The screws holding the filter on we're all different, what happened to the ones that came with my car??? Mind you, Auto Spa is the only business changing my oil and checking my air filter for the past 3 years. Ok, so someone list the screws along the way, I can almost live with that. Now for the REALLY BAD NEWS, they cracked the cover on my air filter in half!!! I looked at it and could not believe it!!! They forced open the filter case and broke it! Didn't even bother to tell me about it when it happened. So rather than go back to Auto Spa today I had to take the car to the shop to get the air filter box replaced. The replacement cost for a new air filter box is $350!! (The OEM replacement part was $650) Well, at least I know know why the mechanic at Auto Spa never fessed up to breaking the filter box. This is a high end car so I know this was not a cheap part that would break easy, it must have taken some brute force the break the case the way they did. Since this was the only placed I had my oil changed for at least the last 3 years there's no way this happened anywhere else. I'm taking my business, my families business, and my friends business. I've had my share of dripping oil after oil changes at Auto Spa but I always promptly returned and they tightened them but this situation in inexcusable. Seriously, you knew the case was broken!! You could have taken responsibility and told me. I just can't afford bringing my car to Auto Spa. Avoid this place! read more

Quick and Easy, staff was courteous and very professional. Offered me two options of oil based upon mileage and use of vehicle. Ended up costing me 50 plus a tip which is a fair price especially since I was in and out in 6 minutes. They even gave me a free t shirt which I guess is an added perk, but regardless of the gift I think the five stars is well deserved and I will be back in 3000 miles to see if they can continue the performance. read more

3 reasons why I'll never go back: - Charged an extra $10 for a filter that's supposed to be included in the price. (Been through 8 oil changes with the same car and this is the only place that actually charges extra for the filter that's supposed to be included) - They left my previous car leaking with oil and I ended up stuck on the highway with no oil just 2 days after my oil change. - Bait & Switch at it's best. You go for a 10min oil change and they spend those 10 min pressuring you to get all these uneccesary things. (Air filter, transmission flush, etc.) read more

This place is great been coming here for years get my work vans and personal vehicles ..Just few months ago My wife's Mercedes need a oil change (service light was on for months lol) . Her factory service plan expired and the dealer wanted over 450 dollars for a oil change and fluid check and her lease is up this week I didn't want a issue when returning .. Auto spa did it for for 1/3 rd the price and reset my service light .I just returned it back to the dealer this week and didn't have any issues ... thanks again guys see you in 600 miles .... read more

Is 0 stars an option ? It seems the staff that works here is hired off the street as they stare ambivalently at your car waiting for some magic to happen. I had an older car that I took care of. I was in a pinch and needed an oil change. Just an oil change. The guy who fixed my car was claiming I needed all these parts fixed when my mechanic had just ok'd them. DO NOT go here. Overall my experiences here have been good. Ive been a customer for quite a few years and never had a problem. Its convenient because they are fast. Its reall 10 minutes.. sometimes under. Their prices are fair, especially compared to the competitors like Jiffy Lube. My car takes the regular oil which is $35.79 with tax wich isnt bad considering Jiffy Lube is well over 40. The crew is nice. They tell you what they recommend for your car but arent pushy. Also, they always have coupons out which makes the prices even cheaper. read more

Went there for an oil change. They replaced air filter when they were asked not to. That was yesterday. Today found an oily rag hanging from under my car. Sad because I have been there before. Will NOT return and DO NOT recommend. Go to your local dealership, price is usually comaparable and the dealer branding is good at keeping the service departments more 'honest'. Ive been coming here since the new owners took over and never had an issue until recently. I brought my car in for air conditioning charge. The owner guaranteed that it would make my AC colder. After paying well over 100 to have it done, I drove the car home and for the next week I observed no improvements, and it was possibly worse. When I had the work done the owner said he would be happy to charge it again if I needed to bring it back in. I brought it back a week later and The owner wanted nothing to do with helping me. He did not refund me or do the charge again, despite it being done incorrectly the first time. All he did was measure the air temp coming out and tell me its fine when anyone who is in my car disagrees. He basically did not do right by me and lost a regular customer by trying to convince the air was very cold when it clearly is not. Also if he thought a charge would not benefit my car initially then why sell it to me.. And these guys try to sell you something besides what youre there to buy most times you come in. read more

They certainly push the extras especially filters of any kind. Owner got insulted when I asked how often a filter should be changed then I presented him with my punch card discount & he seemed more annoyed. After checking my receipt I see my punch card that states'save $2.00'on every filter was not applied. Won't go here again, feel like I'm scammed every time I go. Went to Auto Spa of Williston Park to get a quick oil change. Of course, they said this and that was wrong with it since the truck has 140K miles on it. I told them to just change the oil please and I'll have my mechanic look at the rest. Not more than 3 weeks later, my truck's check oil light goes on and the dash is telling me to turn off my engine. Made it home and the next day I took my truck to my mechanic and he informed me that the oil was "dirty" and that the oil filter was never changed. Over $55 later and they did nothing. Used them in the past for a quick change since going to my mechanic can take some time but I will never use or recommend this place to anyone. read more

Horrible....just had my oil changed at a new facility and they asked me who serviced my oil before. Asked why and they told me whoever changed your oil before never changed the oil filter. This could have done irreversible damage to my car. I find it hard to believe they could have forgotten to change my oil filter when this is all they do. They always get you on the extras and don't even do what they are supposed to for a regular oil change. I needed windshield wiper fluid and they are supposed to refill but they did not. Then when checking out I presented a coupon/loyalty card that is supposed to give you $3 off and the cashier didn't give me the discount. Got my oil changed there many times and thought they did a decent job until I took my car to my machanic for a full tune up. I had just had my oil changed by Auto Spa 1000 miles pior, and when my machanic checked the oil it was BLACK, Auto Spa never did the oil change! I trust my machanic and have been going there many years which is not what I can say about Auto Spa, I will never again take any of my vehicles there.
