When every other car repair place turned me away, including the dealer, I came across this place. When I arrived I met Dan who went out of his way to help me. Without charging me Dan troubleshooted some issues and when I needed to get the car up on the rack they were ready to handle it instantly. After diagnosing the problem and realizing that the broken part was a dealer part, Dan immediately called the dealer to help me locate one same day so they could do the work and get me home. I can't thank them enough. Later I found out that this place is known in the community for being awesome. I finally in January, went to another mechanic who said they were the worst cheapest brakes that could be put on a car. When the mechanic took them off The rotors were all rusted and corroded. They said they were never done. The rotors were never changed. I paid a lot of money and after two months, I had to redo them. This place is a rip off. I attempted to get the car into my dealership (8:30 call to service department, left message and then drove over to dealership at 10:15) but they were so busy and could not give me an appointment until Thursday morning. I drove over to Wonderama. I didn't have to wait too long. They got the lights off and ordered a part which they should have tomorrow to fix the problem. Once again I drove into Mavis with a problem. Second time in the past month. First time my valve…read morestem was the issue. At that point they told me my rear shocks were leaking.... I was not happy as my car has under 35000 miles. Had to take it to the dealership as I have an extended warranty. Sunday my battery was dead. We jumped the car and it ran. Ince it was turned off it wouldn't restart. Not sure if I also had an auxiliary battery. Called and asked if they were able to replace one or both. As usual the reply was yes! Went over and dropped the car. They called me a little while later. We only have one battery. So they replaced it for me. Done with the whole situation in about 2-3 hours, ( I would be at the dealership much longer) Again nothing but positive feedback here. Polite, friendly and fast honest service.
