I showed up, was greeted by the owner (who is super friendly and welcoming!), and had my minivan tinted in about an hour. Honestly, the entire staff is amazing! I met with the installers to go over care instructions and they were very friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell they all really care about their customers! Oh and while I waited, the lounge was actually clean and comfortable (which is rare ). They've got snacks and drinks, comfy chairs, and a nice little fireplace/TV set up. It was like waiting in my living room and I loved it! Pricing was very reasonable and I love supporting a veteran-owned business. Overall just a great experience from start to finish. Paid 2500$ for a frontal PPF. He held my truck from tues-sat. Promised frequent updates. Never…read morereceived any update except for when i reached out on Friday about pickup. Jose the owner was a recommended installer and was suggested to me. The business prides themselves on not "cutting any corners". I wish this was true. I trusted him with my brand new vehicle. Jose not only did an awful job installing the film. When he tried to rectify the issues, he cut into my vehicle multiple times on different panels. Yes "cut". Never informing me of what he was doing, and he proceeded to do this without my knowledge. I would have told him no cutting outside of the machine. These films are precut by a machine and he had no business cutting on my car, but he did it anyways. Later saying "i don't typically do that and must have went through the film". Mistakes happen, however it wasn't just one cut. I'm pretty sure every cut he made, was into the vehicle. There are 5+ cuts into my car. Some cuts are 10+ inches long. These can't be buffed out. His solution was to hide them with more PPF. The pictures attached were presented to the owner of the business who is also the ppf installer. I had to beg for a phone call. When he finally reached out, he was unapologetic and seemed annoyed that i was upset that he damaged my brand new 100,000$ vehicle. A decent businessman with good ethics would own his mistakes and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Which truly isn't that hard, i simply asked for a refund. I didn't even demand he pay for the repair cost of the rest. Not the case here. He denied my request for a refund. He swore he could fix the issue. No logical person would give their car back to this business after seeing it be mutilated. I'd say do your research, and i felt like i did. Don't end up like me, save your money and time. They do not care about your car, they are negligent and careless. Due to him refusing to refund me. Currently pursuing claim filings for reimbursement, potential court case submissions and reporting this business to better business bureau etc. I will happily spend more to expose this place so you don't have to lose your hard earned money.

Got a used vehicle that had some residual cigarette odor from the previous owner. I took it her…read morespecifically for an ozone treatment but decided to go with the full interior detail, and threw in the exterior as well because why not clean the whole thing up. The interior detail from what I can tell was cleaning the carpet and clothe surfaces and that's about it. It was just not clean and there's no other way to explain it. The ozone however was worth it though, and helped with the smell a lot. I was so happy with the result of the ozone specifically that I didn't really notice how lackluster the rest of the job was. That brings me to the outside. I was told it was a full outer detail to include under the hood engine bay, etc. it looked like they hosed it off and then put some tire shine on. I take good care of my vehicles and even the worst laziest wash I've ever done was better. The hood was clearly never even opened. Moral of the story is that the ozone machine worked but it doesn't seem like any effort was put into the rest of the job. I regret being so distracted by the smell being gone to notice that no other quality work was done. Had I been more aware I would have gone back in and demanded a refund or a redo. I do not recommend this place for any reason other than ozone treatment. Ozone treatment is a machine so no labor is involved, which is probably why it was good. Poor value for money.

After spending over $220…read more to have 2 front windows tinted, I ended up with a tint job that had the wrong shade, wrong color and a haziness that was difficult to see through. When I notified the manager, he would only offer to upsell me to another tint job for another $200.+ No thanks! Instead, I went to SunStoppers on Long Point Rd and got the job done right with a better product at less cost.
