They don't offer loaners but they don't hang on to your car longer than they hv to. They do take credit cards but pass along the surcharge to your bill. They also accept checks. I still use them because they don't repair things that aren't broken. Sometimes they're able to patch something instead of making me buy a new one. At the end of the day, I don't feel taken advantage of which is a big deal when choosing a mechanic.

They were so kind, and though they were too busy to fit me in for a full repair while I was in town, they allowed me to come by immediately on short notice and quickly secured my bumper back in place for no charge so that I could safely drive home.
