Don't purchase these SUV major repairs needed from transmission failing to fuel injectors! Just do yourself a favor and pass this one up! Sara was aware of all the mechanical issues with this 2013 Chevy Traverse when confronted about it they offered to have their mechanic do the maintenance that was needed took my money an still didn't fix the SUV when asked for documents showing what was repaired would never provide the paperwork. This vehicle has not been fixed, nor is it in good running conditions. After over a year of spending thousands of dollars on repairs, many rental cars, and countless phone calls to Sara on how to handle this issue, the SUV has now made its way back to their lot! don't get scammed like I did, and I think you're purchasing dependable transportation. Bought a car from them February of 2024 and had issues almost right away with brake noise and suspension noise called and they had me go to a shop close to me and the shop found that they put the brakes on backwards so instead to putting new on to eliminate and ensure no more issues they had the shop put them on the correct way witch caused my rotors to warp and the suspension was shocks all the way around and got told that's a wearable item and they will not fix it so had to spend a good bit of money as soon as I got it but they do work with you in payments so that's good read more

Bill (CEO) and Tara (Payments) are the most rude and callous people I've ever spoken to! They STOLE my car! I filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy to save my cars and they repossessed them anyway! When I tried to recover them legally I was treated with disdain, talked to like a criminal, hung up on, and told by the CEO that he will just let his attorney handle it and "have a great weekend"! I'm a single mother who is struggling during a global pandemic. Instead of doing nothing, I tried to do the legal thing and they burned me! They are refusing to return the cars until we go to court! One of the worst auto businesses in the state. Their vehicles are in terrible condition and they love to take advantage of their most vulnerable customers. A mother of 4, who just gave birth to a newborn, fell behind by 1 payment, went in for what she thought was a job interview, only to realize they were repossessing her only vehicle and had no intention of employing her. They should be ashamed of their lack of morales, understanding and appreciation for their customers. Just know that if you are a women who plans to purchase a vehicle from this place, be sure not to become pregnant and need to take maternity leave from work or else you will find yourself without a means of transportation to work or Doctor appointments for your children. read more
