I explained to Jay that I had never had good luck with extended warranty's and I wasn't interested. He told me there was no hidden clauses and this was literally bumper to bumper as long as it wasn't normal wear parts like light bulbs, battery, or brake pads. I paid the $2800.00 and 4 months later I have an exhaust issue that was a $400 fix and we were told it's not under the warranty because they consider the exhaust system "normal wear". Should've known better than to trust him and hopefully nobody else will sit down across the table from him and trust a word he says after reading this. In the photo is the part they changed and as you can see, they had to cut the part off. Crazy that something that is "normal wear" has to be removed with a saw. Sundance is only as trustworthy as the snakes they hire and train. Stay away from this hole.

My belt that powers the alternator broke at about midnight. I barely made to the flying j truck stop across the street at about midnight, no lights, car stalled as pulled in. I was there all night. I called them about at half hour before they were scheduled to open. The owner came over in about 5 minutes, took my car away and had me up and going in an hour, putting aside their other work to take care of my emergency. Price was very fair as well. Great customer service, and great work. If I lived in that area, they would be my exclusive auto repair place. 5 stars, THANK YOU guys.

Today my wife and I decided to see if Champion would be willing to deal with us so we buy their truck. I went in and told the sales person (Thomas) that we had an issue with the heater grid system in the 2018 that would cost us extra money to repair the issue as Dodge wouldn't do aa recall but fixed the problem on the 2025 trucks. The fix would have been a delete system heater grid that cost between 7-800 and 2 hours of labor. They countered at offering $500 off truck price. I re-countered with $1000 and a 5th wheel rail system for our 5th wheel. There was an advertised deal running also on this truck that they would match a down payment up to $2000 and also they dropped the price since we test drove it by an additional $2K. Anyways, Thomas took our deal to the manager (Matt) who was quite loud saying that now we want a 5th wheel rail system. Then after 10 minutes of stall time Thomas came back with the price sheet and showed us the following. New cost not told up front that includes. Theft protection guard at $2000 because they require all of their vehicles to have them because we are close to Detroit. I dont know why I have car insurance then. A reconditioning fee of $1100 that they charge eveyone again that buys a vehicle from them. We had enough and walked from the showroom. PEOPLE BEWARE OF THEIR EXTRAS THEY SAY ARE MANDATORY AS THEY ARE NOT. That is their way of recouping money from the $2000 down payment match and the $650 5th wheel rail system. Will be making a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General, the Better business Bureau and the FTC. One of those three will act.

They insisted on replacing with totally different tire, correct tire not in stock. After telling them it would't work! Size same but not all-terrain. You don't run All-terraine w/All-weather. Told them to remount old tire very slow leak in side wall can travel home and back, order proper tire, I'd return when received. Since original 4-tire set had been ordered through them 1st time didn't see an issue. NO he basically hee-hawed around insisting all-weather OK. NOT!!! Held my vehicle up while holding me on phone a prolonged time doing nothing to try to resolve other than what he wanted to do. Till I had no choice to agree or not get my vehicle back. If that wasn't bad enough went to pick up my vehicle to find I'd been charged FULL price for the mounting, full price of the wrong tire he mounted and charged again for road hazard, 3x the price as charged for road hazard on original. I got screwed. I mean screwed. Car roared horribly, thought it stop after a bit. Didn't so tried rotating tires thinking it'd help. NOPE still roars badly. Will have to end up buying a whole new CORRECT tire again! Not at Walmart for sure! When I can afford to go elsewhere for the correct tire, pay mounting again etc. Hope no damage done to my vehicle before then.
