The young man who helped us (name started with D) was kind and polite and most importantly, did not try to rip me off! As soon as as I got into the was my two front tires were completely lifted off the ground by the rollers and dropped my vehicle in the wrong way directly on the track and blew out my front bumper. Immediately after, I got out to take photos and inform staff, the gentleman who was operating the switches at the time noted that he was checking out my car and did not notice the very noticeable damage before going through the tunnel. He also stated that this has happened 2 times earlier that day and almost caused a collision the day prior. So they've sent hundreds of cars through knowing there was a safety issue like this?! Should've been the first red flag. After making a claim and driving off, I had a bad feeling about this interaction, fast forward to Tuesday the 23rd and I get an email saying that they have evidence that my vehicle was damaged prior to utilizing their wash... I'm a photographer, and I have security cameras all over my house, I have photos before the wash as well as dash cam footage of the incident happening (including the attendant telling me to keep veering left, where the damage happened). All calls have gone unanswered. The number on the claim leads to an unanswered line and the number for the car wash is answered by another country. This has been the most disgusting and distasteful experience I've ever had with any business.
