The truck has 16 spark plugs (V8) which made me check out AutoZone in town, they sold me all the spark plug wires and ignition coils for a little over $300 and told me about Auto-X (their nickname), spoke to Del, set up an appointment, it took them an hour and a half and charged me $187 to put the new parts on, I felt guilty so I tipped them another $30. If you value your rear window defroster, DONT go here. I asked 3 times if the back window was going to be a problem and 3 times I was told it would be fine. HA! Not only did they break it, they lost the connector that goes on the clip. Very unprofessional! It's probably been about a year that I bought tires from this company with all the money they make on tires and other sales the owner himself was at a loss of words wouldn't even try to pro-rate me a tire that has 4 bubbles 2 of which are the size of my forearm meaning the tire was defective would've had a customer for life with me but instead was told And quote I'm going to have to pay for the tire and I'm not going to pay it so instead of trying at all to help me I was told sorry can't help you granted the inside of the tire was a lower level of tread but still Lazaro I believe wouldn't even consider it all I can say is I spent about 400 dollars for 2 tires and balance and mounting and was extremely disappointing to know that this company is about its money not it's customers as to even say let me try or hey I don't know if I can pro rate it but I'll give it a shot he assured me his 23 years of the same profession meant 100% in his mind that the manufacturer would only give 10 dollars for the tire and he would not accept the repercussions of having chosen my tire And still wouldn't even try to help me BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT CONSIDER YOUR SITUATION weather that be your fault or not even when the tire was defective thank you auto xpirience for the worst EXPERIENCE in the tire industry!!!!! read more

Every 2 years i have to have my tint redone because they claim the tint they had was bad. Each time they charge me to have it redone instead of replacing it for free since they acknowledged both times that the tint they were using wasn't good tint.
