Kathy is completely unprofessional. 1st session. She was…read morelate. Had to add half an hour to 2nd session. 2nd session. 15 minutes late. 3rd session. rescheduled to due to a family emergency. Then she was 15 minutes late. Kathy said she was going to go on the freeway but didn't because something was wrong with her car. 4th session. rescheduled one hour before start time to very next day because she had a fever and was worried that she would be contagious. Then, no surprise, she half an hour late because she said pick up was listed at the school even though confirmation text said it was at our house. She then cut the session half an hour short. I've reached out to Alpha Driving School a couple of times and they've failed to respond. The owners simply do not care. This entire experience reflects negatively on Alpha Driving School. You are better off taking your business elsewhere.

Victor Valley College (VVC) is the junior college which my eldest daughter has been attending dual…read moreenrollment while she is still in high school. VVC is a great campus. My daughter was taking a couple courses at VVC this past summer. I ended up checking out this campus on her first day. General parking is $2 per day which isn't too bad. If you can apply for their free interim parking pass, then do so because it will save you some money... you'll get a temporary pass until you receive a physical parking decal. Their student services building is fantastic... place for students to obtain assistance on whatever inquiries or issues they may have... met a few wonderful staff. Their library is very clean and organized as it should be... two floors of books and references... their staff is amazing. I met a couple sweet ladies... Sueann and April... thank you so much for all your help that day on setting up my daughter with the Cares Act program for books and supplies. I appreciate you both. Their bookstore is of good size, but they seem to be out of inventory most of the time... can't seem to have books and school supplies in stock for long. They have their Desert Rock Cafe, but it was closed when I was there so didn't get a chance to check it out. They also have Food Pantry set up on campus to provide short-term food relief, free to their VVC students... my daughter was able to take advantage of this program... thank you! VVC also has a really nice man-made lake where all the ducks hang out. Love them ducks! Just a lovely campus overall. Every time I call the campus for information, their staff is very friendly, pleasant, and helpful in every way. After high school, I am grateful my daughter will be finishing her general education courses at VVC before transferring to a four year college. Thank you VVC and all the staff and professors for your service!

They told her she's not able to enroll due to no classes available,. We asked what about the next semester she said we won't have anything open then , we asked what about after that she said, we won't have anything available for a while. She then said you have to apply, which my daughter had all information on hand she then proceeded to say, well you need to apply for FAFSA and you need your parents information well like I said everything was already done . It's so disappointing how their answers are basically we can't help you. Thank god for other colleges that do help you and will help with the process. I have no idea how this place is running it's so foreign to me . I will take my daughter Down the hill to attend college. That's where we come from anyways i just never seen anything like this. A waste of time . Don't bother with this collage there are many others that' are really good and helpful.

Honestly completely disappointed. My daughter started in the spring and everything seems fine and she loved it so we returned in the fall and recommended 2 other girls as well that signed up. This fall season was a complete disappointment. Very little to no communication, I understand that things happen but not communicating these issues is a big red flag for me. There was a "issue" with uniforms and competition dates so as anyone would I tried (as well as several deleted parent comments) to message and comment for information. I sent several messages and commented several time as did other parents stating they had been trying for several days to get a response but got nothing. It wasn't until several parent got extremely upset did we get information on the uniforms and competition dates for Apple valley. Keep in mind that the "original" competition date was November 19 with ZERO information on where, time or even if Apple Valley could compete... we FINALLY got some info about this November 15...unacceptable, days before. So the dates were changed to December 17...But the biggest issue was not taking responsibility for the lack of communication and not responding to anyone until seeing how upset people were. I understand things happen but we paid money for this and communication should be expected when things come up. We will not be returning to Cheer Cats ever. They refuse to give us a refund for their mess up. They stole money and see no issue with this. This is not a cheer company I would ever recommend to anyone.
