When I called around for an oil change, they weren't the cheapest or the closest, but I immediately felt at ease speaking with the woman in the office. When I had my car in, the mechanic brought me in the shop to show me some things on the car and I couldn't believe how clean their shop is - there are restaurants that should be so clean. I have found this shop the beginning of 2018, so I started taking my 3 vehicles there. Everyone seemed nice and the work seemed to be done good. In July of 2018 I dropped off my S500 Mercedes-Benz, it needed some AC repair. It took them over 2 weeks to fix a AC blower and then 10 days later as my SON is driving the car catches FIRE all because of the AC unit. Thank GOD my son and his girlfriend were not hurt! I entered the shop at 9am for my appointment. The man behind the counter did not greet me. I told him I was there for a battery and all he asked me for was my home address. End of conversation, he never said another word. A few minutes later he said he spoke to his manager and they would have to charge me an additional $55 because they had to remove the access panels to the battery.One would think that is part of the job to remove and replace the battery. I told him they were already remove by the Auro Club and it only took the tech 3 minutes to remove the panel. He had no comment. I waited 37 minutes while my car was still parked outside the building. I then asked if there was a problem and he said the car is all done. The bill was $360 but they charged $110 for labor for a 37 minute job. I paid the bill and left. The man behind the counter never said thank you and I certainly question their honesty in their hourly billing. Good customer service and communication leaves a lot to be desired with the company. Needless to say, I won't be back! read more

Abe and company are great to work with. He took great care of my old BMW 3 series. At one point, when it kept overheating, he was hoping it was the water pump and replaced it. When that didn't work, and it appeared to be a more serious problem, he didn't even charge me for the work on the water pump. read more
