Essen Das Essen ist klassische Hausmannskost. Vor allem die Ripperl sind ein Klassiker im Eulenspiegel und sind auch gut und im Vergleich zu einigen anderen Lokalen sicherlich besser. Auch die überbackenen Schwarzbrote sind gut. Vier Sterne dafür das es kein Restaurant sondern ein Bierlokal ist. Trinken Gibt von allem etwas. Nichts außergewöhnliches, allerdings auch nicht schlecht. Drei Sterne. Bedienung Die Bedienung ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Vier Sterne. Ambiente Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und trifft vollkommen die Erwartung eines Bierlokals. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen, wobei es doch etwas eng ist. Sehr angenehm ist der große Nichtraucherbereich. Vier Sterne von mir. Zusammenfassung Das Eulenspiegel ist ein gutes Bierlokal und bietet gute, leckere Hausmannskost ohne den Anspruch auf noble Küche zu erheben. Essen: Das Essen schmeckt durch die Bank sehr gut und lässt fast keine Wünsche offen! Die Speisekarte ist allerdings meiner Meinung nach etwas überfüllt und wird daher schnell unübersichtlich. Dafür gibts von mir in Summe 4 Sterne. Getränke: Gute Weine und auch sonst alles was man braucht. Nichts extra Herausragendes aber vollkommen in Ordnung. 3 Sterne von mir. Bedienung: Was soll man sagen: super! Sobald man das Restaurant betritt wird man vom Chef persönlich begrüßt was dem Ganzen einen sehr persönlichen und angenehmen Endruck verleiht. Die Besitzer freuen sich offensichtlich ehrlich über jeden Gast und man merkt, dass ihnen das Restaurant Spaß macht. Auch die Kellner sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Dafür gibts von mir glatte 5 Punkte, was bei mir eine Besonderheit darstellt! Ambiente: Das Ambiente finde ich sehr ansprechend allerdings sind für meinen persönlichen Geschmack die Räumlichkeiten etwas zu groß wodurch etwas Flair verloren geht. Der Außenbereich ist dafür sehr ansprechend und man kann entspannt essen. Von mir gibts 3 Punkte. Preis: Der Preis ist mehr als angemessen! 4 Punkte. Eating lunch is a super bargain, but weekends and evenings are a bit expensive . That said, we will go back. The staff are very courteous and eager to please, and the location right by the Stift Monastery is very convenient.
