Update: Autobell contacted me, gave me a free carwash to make up for the shitty one. They did amazing. Then on Friday my husband took my car back again to have it washed before we went out of town and it was a shit show, again. So thanks for the free awesome wash that one time but the two I've paid $25 for sucked. Bad. This service is absolute shit. When you pay for the outside AND inside and you end up with your outside looking like a small child sprayed it off with a water hose and your inside hasn't been touched. Then you ask exactly what cleaning the inside means and you receive a smartass remark. Then they AGAIN half ass clean the inside and you still leave with a dirty car. Will never return here. Let me start with the good: the outside looks fine. Now the bad: everything else. Seriously, still had crumbs around the break lever, the mats I asked to be washed were still dirty, the vents were still dusty... It looks like a quick carpet vacuum was all that happened. I sprung for the most expensive wash they offered because I wanted the inside clean! Just go to a standard drive through wash, as spending the extra money here doesn't get you much more. read more

I pulled up to go through the wash. No cars in front of me at all. None inside the wash. 3 people standing there in red shirts. All auto-bell employees. The one closest to me made eye contact with me 3 times. Did not even acknowledge that I was there. As I began to just leave, a different one ran up to me and said, I'll take care of you. I told him thanks anyway, but that person looked me dead in the eye 3 times, and didn't even acknowledge I was here, and as I proceeded to leave, that one cursed and threatened me. I stopped and got out and asked him what his problem was, a different one got right in my face and threatened me. The manager came out and did absolutely nothing. This is how you treat customers? Don't acknowledge them when they pull up, when they leave due to being ignored, you curse and threaten them? If I could leave 10 negative stars I would. read more

Great car wash with hard working young folks who clean my vehicle because I am no longer able to. LOVE my Shelby Autobell!

So, its been several months that I visited this car wash, and thinking that POSSIBLY things had changed. Nope. Got their higher tier wash, and when my car was returned, the windows were streaked, the panels had NOT been wiped down, and there were crumbs still in the console. The carpets could have been cleaned a LOT better. Someone PLEASE open a full service car wash in Shelby that takes pride in their work and give this place a run for its money! read more

It really depends on the day, sometimes this place is great, sometimes it's mediocre. My experience today was pretty lousy... I decided to just do the ten dollar drive thru and hand dry. Once I was done I was parked by a worker then I just sat there waiting and waiting until finally my car just air dried. I pretty much could've just spent $6 and had a regular drive thru. As with any chain, each one is only as good as their current employees. I say current because there is pretty high turnover. Mostly young people working while they're in school. Sometimes you get top notch service and sometimes you get someone just going through the motions. The average wash will run you around $15 unless you want to cough up extra to coat your vehicle with some space age polymer that you'll really never know for sure actually worked. I had a young man do a great job on my vehicle last night and of course the next day it rained. I feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick the ball Lucy says she'll hold for sure this time. The customer service was terrible, the cashier stole my debit card so I had to cancel it, and they didn't even clean my SUV properly. My vehicle was still wet when I pulled up to ask for my card from the man that stole it. He tried to pretended like he was not the employee that helped me. After I spoke to the bank about the incident the teller shared her horrible encounter with the same employee the day before. I am going to contact the company to resolve the issue. Please keep track of your card if you come here and try not to come on a bad day because the poor customer service is likely to push you over the edge. read more

Got just the basic exterior wash for$7.50. Nice job, guy drying off car did a good job, not much else to review. They do have detailed cleaning and oil change at this location. read more

Just paid for outside and inside services and inside still dirty , they didn't even touch the Matt's? Tires still had mud on them and he said it was excess polish. Window still had a dead bug on it from driving to work this am and when I pointed it out he wiped it off and said I'm sorry. Paid for full services and got ripped off! read more

Auto bell it's self is not a bad place the service is great and everything is great but the main problem I have is the wash on my truck is really bad, there is still mark of dirt and spots of all kinds, bug residue is still on the hood and still streaks. read more

I'm new to the area, having recently relocated here. my truck was in desperate need of washing. I looked this place up on line and it seemed like a cool spot, however they did a horrible job cleaning my truck, I have a third row seat, they did not even vacuum back there, how is that possible with two guy's working on the truck? while the outside looked beautiful, the inside was awful, they barely touched the inside and to top it off I paid tipped those bums six dollars. *note to self* always check the inside of your vehicle before tipping. they have lost a potential customer I will never take my truck back there, was not impressed at all. read more

I do not recommend. Hire the neighborhood kid instead. You will get the same attention to detail at a cheaper price. Paid $25.99 for the highest package. Got tired of having to tell the kid where to keep wiping. It's a white truck, so it's not like the dirt is hard to see. I had to tell him to add the fragrance. While he was doing this, I walked around the truck again. I was wiping the dirt off the body of the truck with my hand. The young guys working here are polite, but they definitely are not working hard and fast. I finally left even though the truck was unsatisfactory because I was out of time. After I left and the sunshine hit the windshield, there were so many fingerprints and smudges that I immediately turned around to come back. I left again... but the truck is still not clean. Something is wrong when 4 other customers had to tell the employees to re-do cars just during the time I was waiting on my truck. Kids are employees, and kids are managers. Something needs to be changed, and additional training is required. If there was any competition in town, they would not stay in business. Horrible. I went in with a 2011 Nissan Altima with some crumbs on the floor mats and you would think they would vacuum it since I payed $30 for a car wash. I looked at the advertisement and it said vacuum interior and when they called me to say my car was done... it was beyond me if they waved the vacuum over the car instead of vacuumed the mats. I was not pleased with the service. I asked the guy to just wipe the window because they missed the driver side and he just sighed. I was appalled...., he gave me a towel. I called the manager over and he said we are not a detail service. I asked him if vacuuming the interior was part of the package I bought and he said yes. I showed him the mats and said I guess we missed it and also sighed with disgust. By then I was pissed off and was about to yell at him. I just said clean it then. He took the car back around and did what needed to be done was a wash and vacuum. When he brought he car around and it was somewhat clean....I took the key and didn't say a word nor look at him.
