They sure were! Waiting area was clean. They took the car pretty fast and there were no games played with the price or anything. The owner is involved in all transactions and checks the work after it is done. Highly recommend this place if you need any tires or work done, very reliable and trustworthy place!

The shop check in and staging area is clean. The work was fantastic, paint job superb and the even washed the outside, vacuumed the inside and cleaned the windows. They never gave me a call back so they have lost business from me. My thing is if you open up a second location offer the same services as your first location. Also if you go on to their website good luck trying to get any useable information on them. They do no have it set to look right let alone doesn't say anything about this location on the website at all. You can't run a business like this when someone comes in looking to have work done and told that you would be getting a call and never get one. If you want work done by them I would go some where else or if your willing to travel 30 minutes to their other location. This location needs to work on their communication better, and know what they can offer you without living you hanging waiting for an answer.

Cruisers advertises and encourages customers to inspect their cars or trucks and to make comments to the people finishing up your vehicle if you'd like something touched up or missed by the detail guy. I tried requesting a touch up on a place that was missed. I got a bit of animosity from the attendant! It appears that he wasn't up to hearing any suggestions from me. I let it go and gave him a good tip anyway. The people here do work very hard and under trying conditions! All said and done I did get a good car wash for my money!

Lost a tire on the bus enroute to meet friends.... At five a.m. Called them during a cold September drizzle. The commercial tires I needed were on hand, but a special order for another customer. The first extra mile was when they took the initiative to call their customer and ask if he was picking them up today, or if they could order him another set to be picked up tomorrow. That was fine with their client! Joe arrived thirty minutes later, with all the tools necessary to work on a large commercial vehicle. Wet pavement and a little mud was no barrier. He quickly and efficiently changed two tires, and I was offered an array of ways to pay over the phone. This was the rest of the marathon. My cards were all flagged for unusual activity...not surprising for a large transaction out of state. They were so patient with me as I tried multiple cards, called my bank, and finally got it fixed on my end. They accept Apple Cash which was easy to do on my phone. Ninety minutes after the initial phone call we were on the road again, vacation saved.
