I saw good reviews for Sam's so I decided to arrive early morning. I purchased the $23 service which included all of their offerings. For how dirty my car was, the machine did a solid job. I followed up with a soft cloth on the areas that were missed to bring my car closer to my standard of clean. The facility is clean and spacious. The vacuums are nice but don't have good suction. A nice perk is being able to go back within 4 days of my wash to get a second wash using the code on my receipt! Overall, it's a solid place! P.S. all car washes aren't perfect and some vehicles need to be prepped before entering. For example, if you have excessive bug splatter or an old school antenna, it's best to remove before hand to get the best results and avoid damage.

Looked around at some truck washes and it seemed like no one really wanted to help. I was going to give up and saw this place and thought well lets just drive by and see if one of their wash bays would be big enough to wash it there. We swung by and parked, went to check the specs, and the owner came out and made us feel comfortable about washing the rig there. The wash bay cleared the rig with no problems and now shes all clean. I waited about 25 minutes but it's because it was really busy. When your car is ready one of the employees comes in and calls for you. The touchless wash is definitely not ideal and requires me to still manually get bug guts and grime off my car. Today, after another "meh" round through the touchless - I decided to try the self-serve bay. As I'm spraying the wax treatment on half my car...it turns off. No warning. I had no clue what time limit my membership gave, so I literally had to drive home with wax dripping and wash off in my driveway. Haven't found another touchless in the area, so now I'm faced with my driveway or the inevitable scratches from the other guy. At least I never left the other guy with yellow soapy bubbles flying off my car into the wind. :(

I just so happened to be visiting Matthews after a recent move and when I pulled up was having troubles with the payment machine due to my error...and a sweet guy name Phil came to assist me.... but the funny thing about it was I had been going there on their monthly special for sometime now over a year and just the fact that he knew me and was asking where had I been? I mean it was just so nice to know that the old Customer Service still stands strong where businesses knew all of their patrons by face or name...THANK YOU so much Phil for being so cordial and kind and making my day! They told me that they were going to be able to get the water spots out. I got the car back Saturday mind you it was there from 8 AM. No one ever called me and I went there at 5:45 and my car was parked off to the side. and they never got the water spots out. Also the car was never vacuumed on inside or vacuumed on the seats or seats. Cleanne and I pay $246 and I have the nerve to give me only $88 back don't ever go to that place. Save your a head ache. Terrible Customer Service and the place has no phone number. You're calling the office and they don't answer your phone calls. They may call you back the worst ever.
