Unfortunately my vehicle was totaled by insurance but the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Quality of work was good , but that is overshadowed by the worst customer service ever! Lost paperwork for an insurance claim. Didn't return phone calls. Gave no updated info on progress. A 4 day job turned into over 2 weeks. If the need arises, they will not be used again. read more

What could be worse than getting hit by a teenager on the interstate when you're on vacation? I brought my 2018 Camry in here for damage to my passenger bumper after getting hit while on vacation. The person who hit us was going about 80 mph, so yes that will do some damage, but when I brought my car in I was assured that these guys are the best and extremely professional. After over a month without my car I finally get told it is ready to be picked up. I drive there to get it, when we get it the inside wasn't cleaned up (there was white powder over everything), my bumper wasn't attached fully, my trunk wouldn't close, there were paint chips that I had previously identified, they took the clear bra off my driver side mirror and scratched the paint there, my rear passenger bumper was scratched, my tail light was scratched, and there was running in the paint. I took my car back in several times (a total of 5 or 6, it was so many that I can't even 100% keep track). I spent over 3 hours there on the third occasion when they tried to fix everything on the spot. On the 4th occasion I went to get my car and there still were 4 things wrong. I expressed how upset I was and how ridiculous it was to have my time wasted, and the manager replied "we can't fix everything" and that "human error" can occur. On the final trip in there my husband took the car in and spoke with the the owner who assured him that they would work on the issues and see what they could do about a couple of them. When I came to pick it up the final time my trunk is not aligned evenly, I still have those paint chips, and the roof of my car is higher on the passenger side. Remember I came in for damage to my passenger rear bumper. The owner wanted to "compensate" me for my trouble and gave me a check basically to get rid of me. With all of this said, the staff in the front and the owner were extremely nice and tried to help as much as possible, but still they're not the ones working on the cars. Please just keep this in mind of the headache that could come if you go through these guys for your repairs. read more

I took my car in for hail damage. They had my car for 5 weeks and the car was still not ready when they told me it would be. They do not keep you informed. When I finally picked up my car the roof was scratched and they had to take it back twice and buff out the scratches. They did not get all the hail dents out, they scratched my window tint and a clip on my windshield wiper is now missing, but still charged $9000. Will not use again or recommend. Don't bring your vehicle here if you want communication and a timely repair. It's been 38 days since I dropped my vehicle off and I believe it sat there for 8 days before an updated quote for work was sent to the insurance dept. I was given a couple of target completion dates and all have fallen through with no real explanation. There's always some other issue. It was being painted and then there's parts they are waiting for and now the parts that were received are damaged... I'm now without a vehicle because my rental policy is up (30 days). I understand they may be busy but if you're so busy you can't finish work in a timely manner, maybe stop taking new claims until you get caught up. Again, don't bring your vehicle here if you expect timely service and clear communication. You never get any information. You have to call or email them for an update. On a positive note, the lady who answers the phone is very kind and tries to help. My Insurance adjuster said this was supposed to be a 4 day job end now it's been 38 days... I should have read the reviews before choosing this place because this seems to be the norm... read more
