Very great experience here. I've only had a few occasions where I have had to use a body shop in my life but this was by far the best experience. Great communication. Let me know what was going to happen and when and finished ahead of schedule. Very polite and awesome staff here. The work performed looks perfect. Can't complain about a thing. I hope I never have to be a customer again but if I need a body shop this will be it. Edit: Found a minor issue about a month after I received my vehicle back. Simple oversight but needed to be corrected. I called and figured I would get nowhere with the issue. I was very much wrong as I have never seen a company who went above and beyond to make a customer satisfied/happy as Autobody Express did for me. I expected to meet resistance on it and they just took care of me, no questions asked. I will always use them should I need body work done again and I recommend them to anybody. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality I received from Autobody Express repair. They were completely professional, yet personable with every interaction. I received consistent status checks for my car through calls and texts. And they were clear and concise as to what to expect for each phase of the repair process. I was especially impressed by their customer service, most notably Caitlin Williams, a true asset to the company. She was on point and always willing to go that extra mile to appease the situation. Her professionalism is impeccable and was reassuring, despite the fact my car had to be re-painted a second time. This place is anything BUT "express". They've had my son's vehicle for FOUR weeks after being told appx a week. OK....I get the "appx"...but four weeks later and they still have it?? There wasn't THAT MUCH damage. I personally have used Platinum Collision in Marshall (they do excellent work and get repairs done in a very timely manner), and suggested my son use them instead of AE. My boss also took his truck there and experienced a very similar situation. I would not ever recommend this place for auto body repair. read more

If you have insurance and don't ask very many in depth questions they are probably decent. I came to them as a cash customer. I was hesitant to file with my insurance because I was at fault and afraid of the long term financial repercussions of increased premiums. After getting their estimate and getting other estimates they had left off the likelihood of needing a $300 plus part. I came back the next day to talk to Steven, the estimator. I asked him how much it would be to remove the outer covering so I could get a real estimate, fearing having my car taken apart and held for lack of payment. He said they charge 2 hours of labor to put the vehicle back like it arrived if I chose to not get it repaired. I asked if I didn't want it put back together then what. He said that I would just have to get a tow truck as it would be unsafe to drive. I told him that was reasonable. I attempted to confirm that all I needed to do was get a tow. That is when he went back on his word and said I would have to pay an hour of labor just to take the external covering off, which would actually take much less time. When I brought up the fact that was not what he had just said, he said he does this every day all day with insurance companies and dealing with me would not be a right fit for them. I guess he has authorization to speak on behalf of his company corporate wide. I told him it obviously would not be a good fit for me either. Getting repaired at a more upfront company. read more

Very disappointed with the results of my truck . Hood is misaligned, fender flare is jacked up , and washer bottle that was marked to replace is still on truck . Tried to use washer system and it doesn't work. Customer service is about the worst I've ever dealt with . Quality should be job 1 , not , "bring it back and we will fix it " . Should've been right the first time . Especially considering that you were 3 days late getting it done . Would not recommend you to anyone read more
