Run the other way! these guys are gangsters and a waste of time. Took my Lexus for a quote and they low ball me big time. Turns out they had access to my carmax and carvana's prior offers and wanted to work off of that instead of giving me a fair offer from scratch. Will never Recomend them, they wasted 30min of my time that I can't get back. They also purposely let my vehicle get boxed in so I would stay in the negotiating table with them thinking I couldn't leave. But they were wrong, It took every parking skill I had from when I was a valet parking guy to carefully maneuver my vehicle out of their lot on a rainy day. NEVER AGAIN!! They're absolutely the worst!! FYI Carvana would have been a good choice over these guys in retrospects. I have to think that the people Giving 4 & 5 stars either don't know when they are being taken advantage or friends & family members doing them a favor. If you want to waste your time come here ‍ I was looking to sell my car and they called me after saying I was interested in selling my car she said that they would give me 1000 over carmaxs offer LIES!!!!! LIES! When I got he said no that's not the case we can do up to 200 I was like fine but that was a lie they offered me 2700 less ! They guy that was appraising. My car said wow this normally doesn't happen, but I feel like he was lying. The girl on the phone. Also said that if I needed them to come pick up my car if they made a deal the next day when they would give me the check I asked the guy when I got there and he said that that was a lie too that they do not offer that service so just don't trust anything they say to you over the phone because it will all be different once you actually go and get the appraisal .... I went to this location on January 5, 2022. I have tried this location before and never had luck because usually they are lower than everyone else. They give excuses on why they can't compete with other car buying companies like Carvana and Carmax. However I went to give them another try recently. I showed up after lunchtime and noticed that there were no cars in the parking lot. I was like perfect opportunity to get an appraisal. I walked in the office as there was no one there but one guy at the front desk on his cell phone. I went to sign in and he says do you have an appointment. I said no and he said today is only appointments day. Mind you he's sitting there doing nothing. I could understand if they were packed with a line. I said to myself forget this I'll just leave. I really do think it's just this location that's crappy. I have been to the one in Miami Gardens before and they were very nice. This is the second time I've been to this location and it's been horrible. I wouldn't even recommend this company. read more

This place was the most horrible experience I have ever had selling a car. What they offered me was 1/3 the price that I received from Carmax. To give you a little background info, this place advertised on the radio about how " we pay the max" and speaks of special methods to evaluate and pay higher. If this was not bad enough, they actually was warning light that I have never seen in all the years I owned my car that was triggered after they took my car in the back for " inspection" I feel that autobuy has intentionally sabotage my car in order to justify a lower price. They also told me that I would be the victim of violence if I tried to sell the car myself. They really wasted my time and broke my car as a result. These guys are very dishonest and I hope some news channel does an undercover investigation of them. Even for this industry, these guys are the worst. read more

Very friendly and prompt service, but in the end their offer was ridiculously low. It was well below what Kelley Blue Book valued an average car of my year and model. Do yourself a favor, sell your car yourself or drive it into the ground. For every month you keep it you will save about $250 to $350 a month in car payments for a decent car. read more

I have had 2 experiences with this particular location. I had a Mini Cooper, low mileage that the appraiser came out to alert me that my car had been repainted. I was puzzled. He lifted the hood to show me the car was originally green. ‍ I explained the vehicle had been professionally wrapped in purple. I was told I needed to remove the wrap and was offered about $2000 less than it's value. Then a few months later, I brought them my Volvo S60 T6 with less than 10k miles. They offered me again way below it KBB value. Both vehicles were sold to Carvana, it was quick and seamlessly effortless process and I made $8k over what their establishment offer me. Try Carvana, they come to you and offer more than the car's value. read more
