Coming from the BIG City Toronto, you would never get this type of white glove service at any automotive repair centre in Toronto. I have a cottage up in Keene and these guys won my business. After this amazing customer service experience, I decided to share this story with my Leadership Team during a conference meeting in Toronto and again in Ottawa, there's customer service and then there's great customer service and this is what Jiffy Lube had provided to me. They completed an oil change, rust proofing, transfer case service and installed the front turn signal bulb (had to remove a bunch of panels) in about 45 minutes. Because I got multiple services, they gave me a bunch of discounts and installed new wiper blades for free! They washed my windows after the rust proofing. I see the same staff over multiple visits, and they all seem quite happy to work there. They offer mechanical services as well. For selfish reasons, I don't want to give this review- don't want them getting too busy - but this is the place to go if you want efficient, friendly service.

I live in Toronto, but due to limited space in my big city digs, I store my snow tires in my parents garage in Peterborough. When I called the Honda dealership in late November to make an appointment to get my tires changed, I figured it would be a breeze... Since this is not a review of Trent Valley Honda, I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say, they screwed up... big... and I left with the job undone and very little time before I needed to leave to make it back to the city for work on time. Enter Class A. Every other place in town seemed to be frazzled and overrun by people doing just the same as I was and hurrying to get snow tires on at (what we thought was going to be) the last minute. But not Class A. They listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold to check scheduling, and came back to report that, under the circumstances, they had found time to fit me in. When I arrived, they took my car in right on schedule and were done in no time. This was a relief seeing as the two other places I'd called were booking tire changeovers into December! I arrived and was greeted right away. I waited a short time before I was able to drive my car into the bay. The service was quick and there was no pressure to get any services done. I was advised that I needed Coolant, so I was appreciative that the check was done especially with winter around the corner. Prices were a bit higher than I'm used to, but there's a premium for the convenience. They mentioned to come back for a complimentary oil top up and tire retorque in 80km, which is a nice addition. The service techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be coming back!

We will NEVER go to one again. We just had a routine oil change at the Trenton location. The total price was $218.77. This included charges like $49.99 for an air filter, (half this cost at Canadian Tire, $6 on Rockauto), $11 for a 'special filter' charge', $5 for a skid removal fee, and $110.62 for the oil, (usually around $45 for name brand). My wife brought the car in and she was taken advantage of in the worst way. Stay away from this place. They do not deserve to be in business.
