Love bringing my truck here. The staff greet customers with a bottle of water and a newspaper. These guys are efficient! They completed an oil change, rust proofing, transfer case service and installed the front turn signal bulb (had to remove a bunch of panels) in about 45 minutes. Because I got multiple services, they gave me a bunch of discounts and installed new wiper blades for free! They washed my windows after the rust proofing. I see the same staff over multiple visits, and they all seem quite happy to work there. They offer mechanical services as well. For selfish reasons, I don't want to give this review- don't want them getting too busy - but this is the place to go if you want efficient, friendly service. read more

Just pulled in for a routine oil change....when a HUGE mouse nest was discovered hiding in my car's ventilation system. Not only did I get a fast and comprehensive oil service, the totally charming young man looking after me took the time to totally clear out the mouse nest - and the mouse! Will be back in the spring! this place is a joke i took my suv for 3 years for services and they ripped me off everytime. did realize they were ripping me off till this may i went for a transmission fuild and they did it then my transmission was acting werid went back and they said they fixed the problem. which they didnt so i went to a transmission place and had it checked out truns out castrol only doen drain and fill not even proper flushes and they didnt even put enough fuild in they out less then one liter when it needs 3.5 liters . long story short they really messed up ny transmission and now my suv is literally trash. the owner is a scammer and he said for me to prove they messed and so i did and went down to talk with him and he just pulled out a recorder and kept saying he can't talk about case and he retained council which means he knows he messed up then he kicked us off property and threatened the cops . i am now in a case with the better business bureau and lawyers akso when to the radio . i highly recommend save your money and go elsewhere!!!! read more

Took my car in for winter tire changeover and oil change. Staff polite but took forever. Also they charged me to "rebalance" 3 of the 4 tires they changed over. The tires were already on rims. Have had some people tell me that tires on rims do not need to be rebalanced. I am not saying they scammed me, but I am highly suspicious. Suggest you call CTC or other tire dealers to get answer on this. If you cannot trust them, I would say I probably would not return next year. read more
