If you are looking for a place to repair your car, do not make the big mistake of going to this place. They delivered my car in worse condition than when I brought it in. The rear bumper was lifted in one part, the front light was glued with silicone, and many other things that speak of the poor work they do. This was my 2nd shop stop to get an estimate for a minor cosmetic damage in my rear door. The first shop didn't give the time of the day and said they would email me an estimate and sent me on my way. Although the damage was minor, this was causing extensive issues due to the door sensor indicating an open door. Upon arriving to autocraft, the office was clean and well kept and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. My car sustained some body damage to the back panel and I came to Autocraft because of its proximity to my workplace. After seeing their work, I'd definitely revisit over a long distance if I ever need a repair again. I am so impressed by Autocraft for many reasons. First, the staff, and especially Frank, was not only responsive to my questions, but proactive in keeping me updated with the status of my repairs. They also handled everything with my insurance company - I never had to do any follow-up aside from making the first claim. The repairs took a few weeks so I needed a rental car, which they also set-up for me, even delivering the rental to my office! Secondly, Autocraft takes really great pride in their work, as they should! One theme I remember from our update calls was that they wanted to do a great job on the car. Of course, I expected the rear panel to be replaced with a new once, but my car looks better than it did when I drove off the sales lot! They took the time to detail my entire car so that everything looked impeccable. Third, even though the repairs went through insurance, I had gotten some prior estimates and can say that Autocraft's prices are more than competitive. This is a really awesome company that cares about the work they do and their customers. 1 word: EXTRAORDINARY! I was referred to Autocraft by Frank on a FB group and it turned out to be the best decision for repairs on my car. My car was hit in the Pico Rivera Walmart parking lot and had received what looked to be minor damage. It turned out to be more than that and when I took it in, Carlos helped me out. Carlos was absolutely amazing and helped me through my first time process of contacting my insurance and walked me through the process.
