Bryan and Isaias are true gentleman and exemplify what it means to be a great person! Yesterday my wife got Tboned pretty much right in-front of their shop. Isaias heard it and ran to make sure everyone was ok. My wife was in shock luckily in one piece, he helped her move her car out of the street, made sure she was taking pictures and doing all the necessary things after an accident and waited with her till i got there. He allowed us to leave the vehicle in his shop over night while we figure everything out. Bryan called us the today to check in, and we went back to get our belongings and to release the vehicle to the yard. Bryan was so helpful with the process and was quick. He was also able to recommend us someone to help us with this whole process too. we have never dealt with anything like this before so that was helpful! From DAY ONE I knew this was a place to go! I was recommended this auto body shop from a close friend and as soon as I entered their premises they were very welcoming and kind. They asked me what I came in for, I explained the damages, and they took care of the rest! THE BEST BODY SHOP IN THE WORLD. A body shop can be as god as Bryan's Autobody Works, but not better. I am often plagued with car troubles (never my fault) so when I got rear ended on the freeway on my way to work, my soul immediately dropped, and I began to dread the all too familiar process of dealing with insurance companies. As stressful as that process was, as soon as I took my car into Bryan's, all of my worries began to dissolve. Bryan was the perfect antidote to the difficult and unresponsive insurance agents I was dealing with. Bryan immediately understood how I felt, what my concerns were, and what my priorities were. I left my car with him for a couple weeks and he seamlessly stepped in and took over my communications with the insurance company. Even though the actual cost of repair was far higher than the insurance company's initial estimate. I was in and out of town during the time my car was in the shop, but I was able to communicate with Bryan through text and he was always very responsive and kept me up to date on the process. The best part was when I picked up my car. It was the cleanest Id seen it since I bought it. Full car wash and interior detail and they SHAMPOOED MY ENGINE?!!?!?!! It was sparkling.
