You get what you pay for and if you don't keep up with your receipt, even though they can look up your purchase on their computer, they won't honor their warranty. Pay a little more and go to Oreillys or autozone. They will honor their warranty even if you don't have your receipt, they can look up your receipt on their computer. read more

Please make sure you take the time to check the parts before the driver leaves even if it takes 1 hour because the sales team will not disclose the fact that their may be multiple styles available for the vehicle. Management will tell you that they cannot even provide a store credit despite you spending at least 10K every year or more. Well I don't know about how this place treats you in real life but buying a part online was perfect. Placed my order Monday. Received the order Friday via UPS ground. I bought a tyco OEM hood latch. Arrived in a make shift box (it's good to recycle) that was well sealed with tamper resistant tape. Item was brand new in factory sealed bag. I just installed it and it works as good as new. Like another reviewer said the parts at this placed are priced well. They're not trying to over charge you for the parts like all other auto parts places... heck to keep they're prices low they're using old boxes to ship in! I have personally only used a few tyco parts in the past so I'm happy his place uses them too. They seem to always be of spec. (I'm no auto mechanic but don't mind getting my hands a little dirty). If you've read this far, you have probably read the other few comments. Well here are my thoughts on those thoughts: One person says they charge a fee to use a credit card. Lots of small businesses do that. Especially ones that aren't trying to rip you off and make up the $ in margins. Another person complained of waiting 2 hours. Have you not been to an automotive service department? I've paid top dollar at a expensive dealership and I still have to wait hours... even just getting an oil change anywhere besides an oil change only place takes an hour or so. Another person complained that they refused to take back the part without the original packaging. I wouldn't give you your money back either unless you returned it in new/sealed/sellable condition. There is no other country that allows willy nilly returns like the US. The least you can do is keep the packaging. read more

This place is a joke. I bought a new hood for a 2001 Honda Accord coupe. I get it in and there's an inch gap on both sides of the hood. I call to complain and they tried to argue with me that it's the correct hood. Saying that their manager of 20 years is an "expert". Horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would! The alleged GM ADIS is rude and gives zero cares about customer satisfaction or support. This whole company is a scam. When trying to return it I was refused a $200 return for a scratch on an open part THEY TOLD ME TO OPEN!!! Am I supposed to know this little scratch is "damage"???? I contacted your Houston location and Linda cancelled the shipment and refuses to return the funds that have since posted to my account. I told her it was now theft on her part because she refuses to return the funds and is relying on the bank to do so, which Navy Federal has not. I do not own a Hyundai Sonata. Best recommendation is to order your parts and leave and come back an hour later because the waiting time is ridiculous.
