I told him I would like to get the rear window tint replaced. He then went outside to take a look at my rear window. He even took the time to explain the process. We then proceeded inside and he gave me a price of $189 + tax and I proceeded to make an appointment for today at 9am. Took my car in at 9am and Jorge greeted me and checked me in. The estimated time to completion was 2-3 hrs, but I waited an extra hour before calling. I called and Jorge told me my car was ready to be picked up. Before entering the shop, I had checked the tint on my car. It was perfect. No major bubbles and everything about the tint looks great. Went inside and paid, ending a very good experience. The staff at this store are really friendly and professional and did as good job on my car's window tint. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this shop to others.

He likes to keep the price window open to charge you more even though he has 35 years of experience as he claims, he should know how long would it take to install a single system when he sees one. I took my system there and asked for the installation the owner is an Indian guy and he told me take my truck to back of the building so he's installer to see what would it take and how long. At first he said that he has to create a bracket to install a single din in a double area in the dashboard. I told him there is a single normal radio that he can pull and install the new one in it and there is no need to creat a bracket for it. There is a backup camera that came with the new system that need it to be installed that he asked for one hour labor charge for that which is way to long and he wanted to charge around $400.00 to install everything, I offered him $200.00 including the camera to be installed but he was just keeping the window open for charging me extra so I finally left and took my truck to a different place and installed everything including the adapter for the wiring at the price of $200.00. This guy was claiming that since the truck is a semi truck he should charge more so told hem the space and size of the truck has nothing to do with the wiring behind the stereo system but he didn't like it because he noticed that his not dealing with an idiot that would fall for his BS tactic of fooling people to empty their pockets. Stay away from this place if you want to save your money and get your system installed. Go to car stereo MAX on 1960 and 45 freeway they will treat to much better.

After waiting over 5 minutes was told by young employee that he could not touch the fob. When we asked if he could just look up the battery needed, he told her she can look that up on her phone (which she did not have with her) and just stared at us. I thanked him for nothing and left, to never return. There are literally 10 auto part stores I can drive to that are closer or not much further. TERRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID!
