I reached out to Alex on 08/07/26 regarding my brake pads and rotors for my 2012 Prius. I requested four different quotes and he gave me the total price for each quote, and broke the price down by parts, labor, and service fee. Out of the different quotes that I received from other providers in the area, he was the service provider that had the best price and I appreciated the transparent cost breakdown. Alex scheduled my job for the same day, and he came out to me at 6 pm where I was temporarily staying at a hotel off of Katy Freeway in Houston, TX. Unfortunately the area I had to park my car in did not provide any shade so not protection from the sun and light rain and Alex did not hesitate. He just kept on working to get the job done. Due to prior commitments with another customer, Alex left around 7:30 and said he would be back by 10 to finish the job. He did just that and exceeded my expectations. All his staff (except Kenneth Tran) are very courteous and respectful. They send you pictures of your car as soon as you bring it in so you have evidence of the condition it's in when you drop it off. They also send you updates/photos during the repair so you don't have to question if they REALLY did the work they claimed. The only thing I would change about this shop is getting rid of the front desk guy, as his attitude towards customers is really combative and rude--and he's never worked as a technician so he doesn't know what he's talking about when he 'recommends' things you need.
