The customer lounge is nice and it better be because the wait was lengthy, four hours. When I got my vehicle back the first time, immediately upon trying to drive away, there was a rubbing noise. Four people had to look at my vehicle to solve the rubbing noise, and he finally determined that the wiring was routed incorrectly, speaking of, the one connection that they make in the hood at the battery was crimped very poorly . I'm glad I got a hitch, but I would be happier to never return to this location. If you can go somewhere else, I would advise exactly that.

When arrived and went inside, I just knew I would be there for eons because the line was almost out the door due to maintaing social distancing protocols. The employees, however, were working as fast they could to get people taken care of--and they did it without an attitude despite the pressure of a long line. Much respect for that! When it was my turn to be waited on, I had the pleasure of having the Assistant Manager David wait on me. This guy was so chipper. Positive attitude and really a good listener. I told him I had an issue with my car staying cranked and losing power. Had two jumps that day and as soon as I turned the engine off, the car was dead. He understood my concern and was willing to honor the free replacement of the battery, but suggested a diagnostic to see if it was something else (ie. alternator, the battery). Being that there were lines of people, one may have been pressured to just to resolve to a quick solution like just charge the battery and send me on my way, but David was very thorough and took his time. The Latch on my hood wasn't even cooperating and he helped me jimmy it open to at least get the battery tested. Again, he could have gave up and said, You're on your own lady...get your hood to open first and I'll come back," but he really tried to help me out, and he definetly went above and beyond to help a customer out. Upon further investigation, he declared that the battery terminal was extremely corroded, which had way more corrosion that morning when the first guy came by to jump me off. He stated that he guaranteed that once the terminal was replaced, I shouldn't have anymore trouble. Once the terminal was replaced, I asked if I needed to let the car run to charge the battery like I had to do twice today. Nope. The car should crank with no problem according to David. I was a little skeptical since I had been dealing with car issues since 7 am that day and it was like 3PM at this point, but I became a believer! The car cranked and has not had any problems cracking since I had a $7 terminal put on the vehicle with the assistance and guidance of David. He had a smile on his face when he saw how relieved I was at this fix. I thanked him numerous times for his help and patience. His last words were I just like helping people out. In a season where there are so many people needing help and assistance because of the pandemic and due to the holiday season of giving, we may forget to give back or feel we have given enough, but this experience really touched my heart that we can all give back in some way. It's not always about money. Our time, our effort to share what we know and help someone in need in this way is just as essential. Be a David this holiday season. Give back the best way you can.

The guy answers and says they sent it somewhere to get it checked out - doesn't give me pricing or anything but said it'd be either that day or next when he hears back. 4 days later I finally hear back that the tire is ready. Not given pricing or anything. But at this point I'm tired of driving on a donut so I go to pick it up and I have to wait another hour to pick up my tire. Not because it's busy, but because the manager and the city are arguing in front of all the customers about the location in which the business resides and the complaints they're getting about the parking situation. By the time I get to pay for my tire and rim, he comes off as condescending to me because I ask a question about my tire that they found a hole in while fixing my rim, and while checking me out, decides to start gossiping in Spanish to another customer about the "lies" the city was telling him in this "meeting" they had in front of all of us customers. As if for me and other assumed non-Spanish-speaking customers to not understand, I guess? Well, I understood because I speak Spanish. I didn't see it as very professional to be gossiping/not having your business meetings in private anyways. And then finally, SURPRISE! To fix the rim it's gonna be 185 dollars. That's cool, I guess. But a little estimate would've been nice at least on the Monday I dropped it off. Or the next Tuesday...or Wednesday. The invoice that I got claims that I said "I hit a curb" when it was a pothole. I don't want my claim to the city to be debunked because they weren't attentive to detail when I went in the first day and explained the situation to the new girl. And to top it all off, there was a "here's your invoice" in the midst of him ranting in Spanish to the lady. I didn't even receive adequate customer service or a "thank you" or anything. So I will take my business elsewhere for car troubles.

I had had them replace the cylinder. They had mentioned bent bolts and broken tabs. I figured it was how it was held in. So imagine my shock to find the entire steering column recovered. I went in on a Saturday before I was heading out of town and although he politely told me they were booked up for the day he would be happy to get to it on Monday. I brought it in with the expectation they would be busy on the weekend anyway, so that was no problem. Monday morning first thing I got a call telling me they found the problem and how much it would be to fix it. If they found anything else he would call me again before doing additional work otherwise it would be good to pick up by the end of the day. Thankfully they didn't find anything else.
