I am very disappointed; I would never have bought a K4 from Napleton if I had known that non-mechanic Customer Service is so poor. A remote call center that can only handle simple question is poor. The employee who initially helped me was friendly enough, but the overall experience quickly reminded me why I generally dislike car dealerships. The process felt longer and more complicated than it needed to be. I prefer direct conversations, clear numbers, and getting in and out without a lot of back-and-forth. The biggest issue for me was the interaction with management. Instead of really listening to what I was trying to accomplish, the manager seemed more interested in steering the conversation toward his version of helping. It felt like he was talking at me rather than listening to my questions and concerns. To be fair, maybe I'm not the typical dealership customer. I don't enjoy negotiating, I don't enjoy sales pitches, and I value efficiency above almost everything else. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a textbook dealership experience, and not in a good way. If you enjoy the traditional car-buying process, your experience may be different. For me, it reinforced many of the reasons I avoid dealerships whenever possible. - JY review

Being the impatient soul I am, I shopped around while I waited for confirmation my build was complete. In the few months I shopped, I was told by multiple dealers that "no dealership will honor A plan discounts on a vehicle this popular, even if you order from the factory." My Bronco was not only delivered ahead of schedule, but they honored my A plan and treated me like I was part of their family. I worked with Jeff Bowen, and can't recommend him enough! I've never owned a brand new car, and Jeff made this process so smooth and seamless. He took the time to show me around the new Bronco, helped me with accessory shopping, and made sure I left with no question unanswered. I can't recommend Don Hinds, and Jeff Bowen, strongly enough. While I have no desire to sell/trade my new car, I look forward to working with this company and Jeff in the future!

This is our second Bronco in three years, and we have intentionally tried to remain loyal to this dealership for both purchases and service. Unfortunately, our experience with the service department after the purchase has been extremely frustrating. After purchasing a $50,000+ Bronco and putting $11,000 down, we wanted to add illuminated Bronco grille lettering and LED grille lights. We paid the dealership for the installation and had them order the illuminated lettering. We dropped the Bronco off for the installation, only to pick it up and discover they had completely forgotten to install the illuminated lettering. We had to bring it back the following week. When they installed the lettering, they decided on their own to wire it to an AUX switch instead of the running lights that the other lights were connected to. Nobody asked us how we wanted it configured. When we asked them to change it, we were initially told we would have to pay additional money. After getting the Bronco home, we noticed the grille had been chipped and cracked around the areas where the lights were installed. The dealership took photos and eventually agreed to replace the grille. We brought it back again the following week, only to be told that the replacement grille wasn't painted and the repair would have to wait another week. We again asked them to correct the wiring, and were initially told we would still be charged. After speaking with our original salesman, Scott, they eventually agreed to correct the wiring at no charge. Unfortunately, when we picked the Bronco up, the replacement grille had brown/discolored areas in the paint, scratches, other imperfections, and areas where it does not sit flush with the body. The original grille did not have these issues. Photos are attached to show the condition of the replacement grille. What should have been a simple accessory installation has turned into roughly a month of making a trip to the dealership almost every week. We paid for the original installation, and we've repeatedly had to return a $50,000+ vehicle to address mistakes, damage, and now problems with the replacement. As of posting this review, we are still waiting to hear back from the dealership regarding the latest paint and fitment issues. I want to be fair and point out that Scott has been great, both during the sales process and in helping us get the wiring issue addressed. My frustration is primarily with the service department and the lack of quality control throughout this process. Mistakes happen, but I expect mistakes to be properly corrected and the vehicle to be inspected before it is returned to the customer. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. For a dealership we've purchased two Broncos from in three years and wanted to remain loyal to, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

What really stood out was the level of service. Tom personally arranged delivery from Indianapolis to Chicago at no additional cost, which made everything effortless on our end. The pricing was very competitive, and after visiting close to 20 dealerships over the past year, including when I purchased a truck, I can confidently say Lockhart Cadillac offered the most reasonable deal by far. Tom is exactly the kind of salesperson you hope to find, trustworthy, fair in negotiations, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. There was no pressure, no games, just straightforward and honest communication. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend asking for Tom. This was easily one of the best car buying experiences I've had.

However, after taking delivery of the vehicle I noticed the vehicle had 3 different brands of tire on it. Firestone on RF, Pirelli on LF, and a matching set of Falken on the rear but the rear tires were under the factory load rating. So, 4 tires that make driving the vehicle a major safety issue. It is common knowledge that an all wheel drive vehicle MUST have 4 matching tires! I was told, and trusted, that the dealership done a safety check and trusted the vehicle would be safe to drive, so that's on me because I believed them. I called the sales manager Scott Dawson and explained the situation to him. He said he would get back with me. After waiting 5 business days for a callback, with several attempts to contact Scott, my wife texted the dealership general mail box. Scott called me back within 30min and informed me that they "went above and beyond" in supplying me with a second key fob and he would not help me with the tire issue. He said the tires had good tread and "that's all that matters". I had expected Lockhart to be an honest and reputable dealership. I was wrong. If you are considering buying from them please check the vehicle thoroughly and don't trust Lockhart to have done a safety inspection. From my experience they could care less about your safety once they have your money! Sad....

I was driving a BMW X1, but with my 14-year-old son and his very tall friends, it just wasn't cutting it anymore. I needed something with real legroom, and I had my heart set on a Honda Pilot. I originally came in to lease one, but unfortunately, it had literally just been sold before I arrived. Instead of sending me on my way, Edward showed me a pre-owned Pilot that ended up being an even better fit. Here's what really impressed me: I called around 7:30 PM, and they closed at 8:00 PM. Most dealerships would have told me to come back the next day. Not Edward. He took the time to get me out on a test drive, answered all of my questions, worked through the paperwork, and even agreed to take care of a few items I wanted inspected before I finalized everything. The experience didn't stop there. When I brought the vehicle back for those items, Edward was there waiting to greet me--even though it wasn't during his normal working hours. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. Not at a dealership. Not anywhere. Edward went far above and beyond, and because of the way I was treated, they have earned a customer for life. When it's time for my next vehicle, I won't even shop around. I'll be back. Thank you, Edward, for proving that exceptional customer service still exists!
